Oh yes, as far as starting from Phoenix and heading that direction. I think I misunderstood you at first, that you were saying maybe he took the kids all the way/most of the way to Arkansas. I agree with you that the route he would have taken leaving town on his usual run would be a good place to focus on if it comes to looking for remains, which I REALLY hope it doesn't. I keep swinging back and forth on the kids being alive or not, but most of the time I think they are alive.

MOO I go back and forth on whether they are alive or dead. I really hope they are alive, but the longer this goes on without any news on the kids... I lean more to dead. Of course, if they are somewhere with someone who hasn't paid attention to the news at all, like in a remote site in the mountains without internet, then maybe they are still alive... MOO

Just watched a good portion of the GH YT video of AC being taken to the PD and I am shocked at how he was treated like a celebrity guest when he just killed a man! There they are shooting the breeze, drinking their bottled water, making sure AC can feel the air conditioning, and talking about how hot it is in the police vest, etc... Did they even interrogate him later or just continue having a friendly convo. I can't believe it how easily he got off! MOO.

I have family that are police. It's to make the suspect comfortable and talking. It's a tactic.

Having had people confuse Idaho and Iowa and Ohio with me, I also can't rule out that she knew she was going to Idaho and was proud to know the only city in Idaho and assumed that was where she was going or thought Rexburg was a suburb or something. MOO

When she said this she had already been living in Rexburg, if she was the sister of Lori who had the third apartment that was searched. Are we able to get details of those 27 Nov search warrants?

ETA Boise is about 300 miles east of Rexburg so I don't believe she was mistaken. She may have been trying to mislead him about where she was living. I guess at that point noone knew they had moved to Rexburg.

I think that in many cases that tactic is a great one, but murder is a horrendous crime and I would think they would take things a bit more seriously in this case. I kept thinking, perish the thought, that if I were ever to do something and the police took me in I would want it to go as nice as that. Moo.

I havent watched the video but did they cuff his hands behind his back? I mean this is a potential murdering nutter for all they know, so I hope they had him in a secure area in the vehicle.

Maricopa County has released the medical examiner report for Joseph Ryan, the father of Tylee Ryan. His death is not being connected to the current investigations into the kids’ disappearance, the death of Charles Vallow, the death of Tammy Daybell, or the death of Alex Cox.

I'm sure the investigators have paid a call to the grandparents, so there's that. We don't know what they have to say about this situation, but they've had to say something, at least to investigators.

I wonder if she had reasons to go to Idaho long before Lori (and possibly she) moved there in early September? She hastily married someone from Idaho -- divorced October 12, married someone from Rexburg Nov 29 or 30th. Maybe Boise is a red herring or maybe she thought she might move there with her new Rexburg man?

In the GH Youtube text exchange with the family member, it's hearsay, but Gray asks them what they think happened, and they thought AC took the kids out to the desert, like he had previously done with Lori's dogs from Charles. Basing all my speculation on this,around min 56:00 GH's asks Lori's Family member what they think happened to the kids.

When listening to the GH's video above again I noticed that the anonymous person that Gray corresponded with (if I understood correctly, a relation to a family member) did mention that Tylee's Jeep was found in Rexburg (also that Alex was driving it when Brandon was attacked). Previously I checked Kay Vallow's statements about the Jeep's whereabouts and she did not mention it.

This person knew a lot about Lori's family history, made claims that we had not heard from others and has their own theory about Lori's involvement in several deaths. Possibly this also speaks about the position of the (unknown) relative this person is associated with.

Also, I wonder why the wrist fracture JR got in that altercation with Alex wasn't mentioned in the post mortem? Would it depend on the severity of the fracture? Jmo

I think there are several small bones in the wrist so maybe it wasn't noticeable.

So no foul play in JR death. Hopefully we should hear about Tammy next.

You're right, if she was already there instead of just on the way then she would know. (I'm somewhere between Rexburg and Boise myself and thus would never mistake the two. But know that the uninitiated easily do.)

My impression has changed because of the preponderance of strange coincidences. At first as I said I assumed it was grief. Now I'm 50/50 between grief and guilt. I don't know what he would have intended other than publishing. The comments were all after he left in October.


No idea where in Hawaii and it was secondhand information. I'm not sure if Tammy ever met Lori. Of the photos I've seen at Tammy's graveside, Lori was not in them AFAIK.


If Chad had a Ham radio license he had no noticeable equipment, even from the prior home owner.




I have not seen her in person. I understand her husband is also from Rexburg. The number of LDS wards in Rexburg is fairly high. 28 buildings with appx 2-3 wards each (56-84 wards) AFAIK. I have not seen them.

Just curious, if an LDS member is traveling can they attend services at a local Ward as a guest? If so, is that common or do most people forego services until they get back home?

You can go anytime anywhere as a guest. I would say 50/50. Depends on your time but no big deal if you don't.

Remember, that is how it is done these days. Think FBI agent Tammy with Christopher Watts. They are friendly and approachable and they make a rapport.
