My thought is that this cult/group is not small. They could very well have physicians in the group that could prescribe for JJ, legitimately. The meds he was on do not seem to be uncommon or highly controlled so filling the prescription would not raise flags.

But, if that were the case they would have to be filling with someone else's name because it has been said that they were not filled because they were a script that is tracked. I.E. Adderall would be shown if filled in his name to authorities if they searched because it is a monitored drug. Per the MSM interview with the neighbor, Lori was in #175 (it is shown when they show JJ's toys on the porch). Here is the listing from when she rented it (listing removed/rented 8/27/19):

Then, Lori's "sister" (aka niece, Melani) rented the unit next door. The listing was removed/rented 10/25/19, not that long after MB texted BB that she was "moving to Boise." This unit is owned by the same landlord and managed by the same property management company as #175. Also, remember this is just speculation, but she is living there with her new spouse and AFAIK he has his kids there part time. So I hesitate to put the exact unit # out there, but obviously it is one of two, and it is the one that was rented in October. Find the listing for yourself if you want to. I hope it goes without saying to respect people's privacy. They are not POI, and we don't know their level of cooperation with the LE.

What we don't know is if maybe LV and AC's real sister helped them move to Rexburg? Or if it was Melani all along, but she went back and forth a bit, maybe was mostly in Arizona in between helping Alex and Lori move in early September, and moving into her own place in late October. And the neighbor just assumed. It does make me worry a bit about what else the neighbor has said that we have taken as fact.

I do think it's interesting that if MB was in Rexburg in September for at least some amount of time, but then was in Arizona on 10/2, as was Tylee's jeep, MB's travel timeline and route may be identical to, or very similar to, that of the kids. Did they all caravan down to Arizona together around 8/24/19? If Tylee and JJ never made it to AZ or Melani saw them arrive in Arizona but never saw them again, she would have to be wondering where they were!

Either she was told a very believable lie by Lori, or she knew where the kids really were (at least for the first while). Otherwise, wouldn't she sound an alarm if the children of her neighbor/aunt were suddenly gone? Best case scenario for Melani is that Lori *didn't* tell her where the kids were/what happened to them, but simply said "The kids are going to be elsewhere, and for your own good and theirs [if Lori was playing up the custody angle], I'm not telling you anything more about it." Thus saving her from having to lie when/if questioned.

I don’t imagine they could have Alex’s apartment ready to list by 12/2 if LE broke down his door on 11/27.

I don't know what zoomcare is, but in order to fill a controlled substance you have to show an id. That is tracked as well, if I am not mistaken.

Acceptance of Service in Arizona is a thing I wasn't aware of. It's different than being served by a process server. You can read about it here, but it involves either both parties going to the clerk's counter at the courthouse *together* to sign Acceptance of Service papers, or meeting together with a notary public to sign, or the respondent signing alone in front of a notary public (details: https://www.gilacountyaz.gov/government/courts/clerk_of_the_court/docs/Packet Acceptance of Service Family Law.pdf). I would think that speaks to a divorce that started out fairly amicable, but in the background I wonder how the initiation of the MB/BB divorce papers affected LV and/or AC ideas about CV divorce vs. death.

I got divorced in Arizona within the past 2-3 years while living in Hawaii. I never once went to AZ. I went and looked at my case online and there are several "Acceptance of Service" entries. So while I'm not doubting your research, my experience with AZ law was different. My acceptance of service was entered into the court docket after I waived service for the original summons by emailing my ex's lawyer. The only time I had to visit a notary was to sign the final agreement. In total I have 4 "Acceptance of Service" entries that come up. There is no correspondence to actual service events or even meetings. I'm not sure what this means except that I would not read too much into court records.

In my case as well, the dates are mostly random. Almost all filings were dealt with by the court weeks after the filing. But the dates on the records generally reflect when the court acted. So even though I know exactly my timeline, I can't really reconstruct it from records.

They might *want* to search all three, but I’m having a difficult time believing a judge would sign off on it without there being significantly more info available than is currently available to the public. Search warrants aren’t generally that easy to obtain...

If they are looking for kids I think a judge would quickly agree to search close relatives apartments in the same complex. I surely would

Many homeschooled kids get a GED, earlier than they would graduate high school.

Well, if JJ was telling neighbor he was going to go see grandma, it would be easy to convince him to get in the car and go see grandma. My guess is children were taken somewhere in the car while being told they are going to go visit grandma.

I am wondering if there is more happening behind the scenes than LE is letting us now? Two underage children are missing, they've been missing for months now. If LE knows where Chad and Lori are, how are they not raiding their residence? Dissecting everything? Scouring through every house and property even vaguely connected to these two people? I *hope* these things are happening and they are keeping quiet about it. Why wouldn't they do this otherwise?

They have already searched their properties unless you mean their relatives and friends properties.

Regarding what can be tested post mortem, this link explains what is often used in addition to blood to test for substances in the body. It covers the liver, body tissue, hair and skeletal samples. So even if no blood was available due to embalming and no samples were taken initially, I am hopeful that there will be enough to test for meaningful results from Tammy's body.

Would the excommunication, once completed, be made public? What would be his reaction if it happened while he's in hiding? How would it affect his supporters who might still be LDS and could be hiding the children? How about the reaction of Chad's own children?

The link is already provided on this thread. Regardless, some poisons can only be found for a short time after death. Poisons like cyanide can only be found up to 2 days after death. After two months buried, it wouldn't be possible to find many poisons anymore. Especially with body being embalmed, because embalming can interfere with toxicology.

I haven't seen anything to suggest Tylee's birthday was celebrated in any way.

If Lori harmed her children (speculation), how was she ever going to face her own family without being asked/grilled about them? Apart from the end of the world scenario, which IMO could or couldn't have played a part, was she going to cut contact with all her relatives?
