I don't think he escaped much at all.........I personally think he was murdered but I get what you are saying.
Well, he won't be going back to jail. So there's that.

So sorry, I didnt mean to confuse anyone, that's why I said to look into it yourself- the jail is different here, not that she would walk out "easily" but that its pretty open, IF someone does manage to get out, they will automatically be sent to Oahu and face much more serious charges.WHAT? Do u mean???
Hey, can someone let the RS president know I will take Chad din din tonight. I will take a dish of guilt with a side humility and for dessert a scoop of “in your face”.
Yes, I'm so sorry for that one. I tried clarify- I'm learning.WHAT? Do u mean???
You are a normal human being - she is not. Now the fact that she 'turned' so completely from being a good mom according to her friend is frightening. How can that happen? Is she under some spell or what the heck?Doesn’t Lori feel anything towards her children? I can’t imagine that she won’t break down upon interrogation. Even if she’s had them imprisoned/isolated this whole time, does she not miss them? Wouldn’t she be wracked with guilt about traumatizing them like this at the very least?
Now that would be a twist.
Yea, I do think police found a witness who says Lori solicited him or her (or possibly a third party) to do something not exactly legal.
Nope.Doesn’t Lori feel anything towards her children? I can’t imagine that she won’t break down upon interrogation. Even if she’s had them imprisoned/isolated this whole time, does she not miss them? Wouldn’t she be wracked with guilt about traumatizing them like this at the very least?
ETA - she doesn’t miss her bro at all?
Actually, if she were paying someone to watch her children (let's HOPE that's what is the case, and not something far worse!) - it may well be abandonment and lack of support. It depends upon whom she chose to 'watch' them, how, where, when, and all the details. If she was paying someone to watch her children, that wouldn't be abandonment or lack of support. It might be other things, but not that.
That's a huge - and excellent question. It's what makes us all so uncomfortable about this case. HOW could a mother do anything she's done? You are a normal human being - she is not. Now the fact that she 'turned' so completely from being a good mom according to her friend is frightening. How can that happen? Is she under some spell or what the heck?
yeah that makes more sense - the day she lied to LE re: obstructing justice
and the days the kids were each last seen being the abandonment charges
Me, too.Justin Lum Fox 10 on Twitter
"Madison County Prosecutor’s Office in Idaho says in statement that Lori Vallow abandoned her two kids and encouraged another person to delay law enforcement’s attempts to locate the children. #fox10phoenix"
Bet that person is Chad.
RSBM
Is it twisted that I am so happy that she is finally incarcerated?!
I wonder if Chad will be on the same flight as Lori and LE back to Idaho? It will be fantastic if, when he gets there he is arrested on charges as well. Make him pay his own ticket back and then lay the law down on him. Well, their flights back will certainly not be in the style they have been accustomed to. Talk about humiliating!
Time to set up the meal train... lmao.Hey, can someone let the RS president know I will take Chad din din tonight. I will take a dish of guilt with a side humility and for dessert a scoop of “in your face”.
Correct me if I am wrong- I believe it was shown here in earlier posts that his home has a value of approximately $125,000.00. In order to post bail on $5million, won't $500,00.00 be required to get her out?
Thanks, I hadn't caught that before. Also from that same article:
"They played everyday almost, until he said he was moving to his grandmother's," Bernard said.
Just a week after they moved in, JJ told Seth's son that he and his sister would be leaving soon.
"They told my son that, 'Oh yeah, we're going to go visit my grandmother.' We didn't know where that was. I said, 'Oh, okay,' and I understood because school was about to start. The semester was about to start and she was going to school, from what I understood," Bernard said.

I knew JJ told the neighbors son about going to grandmas but the fact that conversation happened at the same time Alex got his own Townhouse is interesting.... To say the least. Also, looks like they told the neighbor Tylee was going away to college somewhere other than BYU-Rexburg. I will add these events to the timeline as happening on Approx Sept 7th.
