Wait, wait..if this crazy evil creature has a temple recommend with her history something rotten smells in that club

We have no proof whatsoever Lori was ever in an LDS temple. MOO
It's the same as with Chad's, someone in leadership has to do some action to remove those privileges and discuss with her in person with cause for doing so. She's played everyone thus far.

She looked directly at the camera....she looks very tired. And she keeps looking at the camera. Hmm.

Ugh, live stream timed out!

She requested an extradition hearing.

Her demeanor.....

Her lawyer is arguing that Idaho bail should not apply to Hawaii.

No, 9/24/2019 was Tylee's 17th birthday. I don't think she lived to see it, however, as we have just learned she was last seen alive Sept 8th, 2019 at Yellowstone Park. JJ was in school until Sept 23rd. Tylee's age in the thread titles really should say 16 even though all the missing posters say 17. No one talked to Tylee on her 17th birthday. JJ would have known it was Tylee's birthday, however. JJ was smart and he had a very good memory according to his grandparents. I think that's why JJ had to go on or sometime after Sept 23rd-- he would have been asking about Tylee on Sept 24th and probably wanting to facetime her for her birthday.:(

MOO.

Oh, that's terrible. :(

It dovetails really well, though. :( .

Also, let's not forget that at various times PIs/police officers were watching and surveilling the main Rexburg actors nonstop.

And really, that's the interesting question--not whether you CAN get away with crimes there, but whether CD/LV/AC might have THOUGHT you could. In my experience, prepper types latch onto a lot of insane legal theories about technicalities that will supposedly checkmate a court, or the IRS, or whomever.

Yes, that's a good point, like "How to pay NO taxes!!!1!", etc. (The family member who told me about it had no intention of following it; but said "it's the kind of thing you absolutely have to 100% believe in and not flinch when talking of it to the authorities. If you seem halfheartedly committed to it, they'll haul you in for tax fraud.")

Chad Daybell just arrived in court and was spotted praying outside the courtroom. Watch the live stream East Idaho News. #Vallow #Daybell #FindJJandTylee Eric Grossarth on Twitter

What's the cliche - I'm surprised he hasn't burst into flame (lol?).

Lori's lawyer... LOL!!

Prosecution is much more eloquent and organized.

I believe her attorney just very nervously referred to her arrest as a "made for media event."

And he refers to her charges (twice) as "a couple of felonies." No big dealio, everybody has committed a couple of felonies...right?

Prosecution atty WAY better than defense atty
