yeah that just isn't normal is it, iv seen divorced couples more upset when their ex dies
Totally agree! You spend half your life with this person and marry 2 weeks later? Give me a break!

BUT it’s ok because Tammy came to him and approved of his marriage beyond the veil.:eek:

No, I don’t believe this is true. LV was married to CV for more than ten years and CD was married to TD for more than ten years. MOO

You have to be married ten years AND not get married before 60 to claim benefits I believe.

30 years next month. Married Mar 9, 1990 in Manti, UT.
That’s just awful IMO. That must’ve been a slap in the face to those who loved Tammy when he married so quickly.

My grandma was married twice, both were 10+ years when she reached retirement age she was able to choose which one she wanted to collect.

Clothes cover a lot, so do hair extensions...
I’m a woman and secure enough to say she’s attractive for a reincarnated, translated being

I hope his newly acquired alone time offers him A LOT of time for reflection and ...racing thoughts.

That is correct. The lawyer said she had a property on the island and “her husband” lived here.
Hawaii allows civil unions which may not qualify under federal law for ss purposes but would be a marriage in other respects. So "husband" is not necessarily a fib.

But here we go... two people can only get married in Hawaii if:
(5) Neither of the parties is a person afflicted with any loathsome disease concealed from, and unknown to, the other party;

Clearly Lori has a loathsome disease so any marriage is invalid

PART I

From the Probable Cause Affidavit of Ron Ball (BBM):

9. I am aware, through contact with the Gilbert and Chandler Police Departments, that Lori’s
husband, Charles Vallow, was shot on July ll, 2019, by Lori’s brother, Alex Cox. Lori Vallow is now married to Chad Daybell, from Fremont County, Idaho. Chad Daybell’s wife, Tammy Daybell, died in Fremont County, Idaho on October 19, 2019. I was informed that Chad and Lori married approximately two weeks afier the death of Tammy Daybell. I later confirmed they were married on November 5, 2019, on the Island 0f Kauai in Hawaii. Through our investigation, RPD discovered photographs of their wedding on beach in Hawaii. Neither J.V. or T.R. are seen in any of those photographs.

READ: The documents charging Lori Vallow Daybell | East Idaho News

Photos are great for memories but there can surely only be numbered individuals on the collective islands of Hawaii, not unlike JP’s, that can legally marry couples. Again, do we have a legal certificate or record? MOO

Was she 60? I’m 62 and can finally get married without losing my pension and social security ( after getting divorced 20 years ago). The only catch is now I’m too old to! ( well, apparently I’m not exactly the same catch I was twenty years ago.) Social Security has a little sense of humor.

Hmm, I have considered the second to last sentence in your post. If, and again if even plausible, by whom and why? MOO

The only reason I ask is because I have been researching the organizations that can’t be named and their various activities. MOO

I can tell you I did not go to school with him. Divulging much more information than that may not be prudent.

Can you comment on his relationship with Lori? Did he have a very loyal personality and how did he feel about Law Enforcement?

Don't forget the world is a better place without Tylee's dad according to her. People and death meant nothing to her.

Regarding the case, unfortunately, we may never know much about JR. I have to think he was an intelligent guy because his daughter sure seems to be really smart. Also, the guy fought tooth and nail for custody! MOO

Man, can you even imagine if someone tries to write a book about this case? I truly hope this comes to a conclusion and these two kids are found alive and healthy.

I think if anyone would maybe Tylees aunt. Her website timeline is very thorough MOO
