I have not seen anything about AC having life insurance. He was a "loose end" so no life insurance needed for him to need to be gone.

If JJ is on camera leaving Yellowstone with Lori and Alex, one would assume if it is clear enough to view JJ in the vehicle, (presumably he would have been in the backseat), it would surely be clear enough to view an adult sized child (Tylee) being in there as well... OR are they are only speculating that they know JJ left with Lori and Alex based upon him being seen by others after that date and up to 9/23??

It's the no evidence of Tylee after 9/8. It's related to Tylee's disappearance, not really JJ. Jmo

We also now have court paperwork between Lori's niece, Melani Boudreaux and her ex husband Brandon. This is significant because Brandon believes that Melani, Alex Cox, and Lori tried to kill him. These documents are for custody of Brandon and Melani's four children and in here Brandon states that Melani has knowledge of the whereabouts of JJ and Tylee. The documents also allege that Melani, at some point, said "sometimes children are full of light and then they just go dark." ... I believe Brandon, he is from here in Arizona, but I'm not sure where he's at right now. He's kinda laying low, uh, and Melani is in Idaho actually at the same apartment complex that Lori was living in right next door. Reportedly with information on the children? Yes.

Yup. The only part of this theory that I find confusing is *IF* this was the intention in going to the park, why take JJ? The answer to that would seem to be why would Alex or Alex and Lori take Tylee to Yellowstone and not bring JJ as well. Not bringing JJ would seem suspcious to Tylee. (How she's react to that, I don't have a clue.) But that means if this is what happened then they're going to have to insulate JJ from seeing too much or it might backfire. (Did that happen?) If the intent was to get rid of both of them why not take care of JJ at this same time?

I'm also curious if LE has possibly checked cameras between Rexburg and the entrance to Yellowstone to see if Alex, Lori, and JJ might have visited again sometime around the end of September. MOO

I wonder if JJ started asking too many questions around Tylee's birthday and they were afraid he'd tell someone that he hadn't seen or heard from Tylee since Yellowstone. MOO

I wish ongoing cases weren’t so lacking in information to the public. I’d really like to see the GPS data on all the devices of the deceased, missing, & suspects. Honestly don’t comprehend how that would impede an investigation because those are simply facts of where devices were and when.

The secrecy is just maddening- not as much as when WS doesn’t load and I slap my phone like it is an old television set-

As far as we know it is the OR part of your statement that is true. *IF* they have a picture of any of them leaving Yellowstone, they haven't make it public that I've seen, but the other three have been seen by others since then whereas Tylee hasn't. That doesn't mean Tylee didn't leave Yellowstone and disappear on 9/9 or 9/10, only that there is no proof. (I'm kind of thinking that if they have doorbell video of JJ from the next week or two after that then if Tylee had been around they might have had video of that as well although I guess she could have only come in and left the townhouse from the back side (based on the doorbell video).

I'm interested too. Not a long period of time. IDK why he couldn't talk to his grandparents (only 30 seconds) but could have a babysitter that he might tell something they didn't want him to.

I don't dispute that the narrator of the video actually makes that statement, it's just that I don't understand it, as its illogical.

The divorce and custody issues were resolved and finalized by October. MB did not contest the divorce or seek custody, so why would there have been any changes made to the documents after they were originally filed in July - at which time the children weren't yet missing.

I thought about the babysitter but this is a month later. It could easily be a member of the local congregation just checking in. The women are organized to do just that, though they typically come in pairs.

We haven't heard if she did. I'm not sure whether we would hear at this point unless it was someone from Rexburg hearing through the grapevine that she had. Seems strange she didn't there, but did in Hawaii. I guess that must have been Chad's good influence? MOO

These are apparently court documents relating to custody of the Boudreaux children. Melani initially ran off and didn't care for custody or to even show up to that hearing, but NOW she's fighting for custody of them, and that can be ongoing AFTER the divorce is final. The divorce would have to have been final BEFORE the end of November when Melani legally remarried to someone else in Vegas. It speaks to Melani's possible knowledge of crimes and likely is being used to say she's not a good candidate for custody because she's tied up with this and because Brandon believes she knows where JJ and Tylee are and isn't talking.
