CD had declared it was a family camping visit that brought him to Idaho, which was thought to be one of his motivations that "he had to come to Rexburg". Does anyone have any idea where that was in Idaho..

Island Park. Take highway 20 north from Rexburg 30-something miles and you're in the Island Park area. It stretches for about 20 miles before the road starts climbing over the mountain to West Yellowstone, MT.

We are not sure. The Nanny was introduced to the women who Lori described as a Podcaster. Only Nanny can identify the woman.

It was either MG or the woman from the media company IMO. LE must know. If she arrived by air then I guess MG as the other woman moved to Rexburg following CD.

ETA I know someone with bi polar. Person has struggled for years finding the right meds and dosages.

That is a good sign. It sounds like this person is doing what they can to deal with the issue.

I'm not going to try to put everyone that struggles with these disorders into a box, everyone is different and makes different choices.

I was told that someone that struggles with BPD, at best, can take medications, and expect to do lifetime therapy. Then there is a chance that they can live a better life. Therapist admit that most that struggle with this addiction will not seek help, and only see patients that have been court ordered.

In my experience, my ex wouldn't even admit she had a problem, or that she needed help. The first step with dealing with this is to admit that you have a problem, same goes for addiction.

You can't help someone who isn't ready to help themselves. MOO

I am going under the assumption that Alex and Lori picked up MG from the airport on September 19.
According to this - MG and Lori only recorded 2 podcasts in September 2019:
September 7 (Saturday)
September 16 (Monday - this one with Chad)
Why was MG in Rexburg on Thursday 9/19?
We know there was a Group that cannot be named conference in Rexburg on the 21st - but Chad didn’t speak at it. Did they all just attend it? Did Tammy attend it?
Who watched JJ for Lori on 9/16? Was he in school?
Also, it seems odd to me that the group that cannot be mentioned doesn’t have Melanie, Chad or Lori ever doing Podcasts together again after 9/16. There are no podcasts by anyone in October and just 1 in November on the 29th.

I don't think the charges of non-support would have been entered if there was any evidence that Tylee was being paid to care for JJ.

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence though. So lack of evidence of support is not proof of lack of support necessarily. Eg. Nanny asked to be paid by Venmo but Lori wanted to pay nanny by cash. Lack of evidence if one pays cash.

My understanding is that the few acres in Arizona would be under the laws of Spain so not lawless, just not US jurisdiction. And no, I don't want to empower a***ole. But you can research the issue in Arizona yourself and you will find it is at best unsettled.

My understanding, though others might know better than I do, is that this is not an option in the mainstream church (again Chad and Lori may be off doing their own thing; we're not quite sure).

Lori (if already sealed to CV, for example, which I don't think has been fully verified), could only become sealed to Chad if she somehow had the CV sealing annulled at some earlier point. I hear that this annulment is quite difficult to obtain, and so, given the situation surrounding Lori, I would think it's quite unlikely to have happened. Likewise, Chad could not be sealed to Lori without such an annulment (again assuming that she had indeed been previously sealed).

I think the point that the post you're responding to is getting at is that a woman can only be sealed to one man, while a man can be sealed to more than one woman (since the early 20th century, this means only one living woman at a time).

So technically (much more likely in a situation where there weren't legal suspicions hanging over the parties involved), Chad could be sealed to both Tammy (from when she was alive) and then to Lori (only after Tammy's death). Mormon sealings are believed to be valid both in life and the after-death realm, so in that case Chad would be sealed to two women. However, both Tammy and Lori in that situation would be sealed only to Chad. This would also require that Lori is not sealed to any other man or has somehow had that sealing annulled (again, not easy to do, from what I hear).

I don't think that it would be possible in the mainstream church to have Chad sealed to Lori without Lori sealed to Chad.

I've been thinking about the way Lori justifies the things she says and her choice of verbiage. I actually think she believes these things. 1- This is a CUSTODY issue- I think she really believes it is about custody of the money. 2- CV's HEART ATTACK- does she really believe that his heart was simply attacked by a bullet? Not to mention her crass and downright vulgar description of JJ as her niece's drug baby. No, JJ is YOUR SON through adoption. Remember she wants to make her legal claim over KW and LW. You don't get to pick and choose when he is or is not your child.
