Found Deceased ID - Joshua Vallow, 7, & Tylee Ryan, 17, Rexburg, Sept 2019 *mom, arrested* #21

Just wondering...does anyone think that these two were just a "perfect storm" ? Now that people who consider themselves family and friends of Lori and Chad are beginning to speak out, each side seems to feel that Lori or Chad were wonderful people until they met each other. What in the world could have happened when these two met to cause each of them to go so far off the rails?

I really don't understand the logic here. Even if they had a picture of Tylee at an area in the park, Yellowstone is enormous. With acid pools, that could easily dissolve a body since September.

Also, the wild animals, critters in the park, would scavenge anything to eat, especially over the winter.

This idea of finding evidence of Tylee in Yellowstone, just doesn't seem feasible to me.

All I can think is maybe looking for certain things, like I didn't know it might not dissolve flip flops or a wallet, or even for just P.R., like at least we are doing something, MOO

I really don't understand the logic here. Even if they had a picture of Tylee at an area in the park, Yellowstone is enormous. With acid pools, that could easily dissolve a body since September.

Also, the wild animals, critters in the park, would scavenge anything to eat, especially over the winter.

This idea of finding evidence of Tylee in Yellowstone, just doesn't seem feasible to me.

I think they were both evil from long before they met each other, but they recognized a "kindred soul" in one another, and began a tragic infatuation, MOO

Can the judge in Hawaii call her out and say she has to present the children to get a bail reduction or would that only happen back in Idaho? Just wondering if there’s a (very small) chance something like that is going on behind the scenes? MOO

I don’t know, not familiar with a family link of “Cox”, regarding this news story. From the story, a “Joshua Glen Cox”, was involved with minor children. It’s possible. Thanks again for sharing a possible link. I’ve noticed there are seasoned “amateur “ but seasoned, regarding there background, sleuthers on this forum. MOO

They could certainly be connected, I don't know, but there are parts of Utah where the name Cox is just about as common as the name Smith. MOO

I'm pretty sure there is no connection to this case, if I am wrong correct me.

I think it was referenced because both Lori's brother (Alex), and the person in the airsoft incident have the same last name. MOO

I am pretty sure that Justin Kollar, the prosecuting attorney for Kauai, mentioned in the press conference that Hawaii cannot adjudicate the case. It's the state that filed the charges - Idaho - that does that.

I tend to agree with you here. However, if they have a picture of her at the park which probably has location meta dta and potential GPS data from one or more of the phones that would have been on that trip, they could potentially narrow things down to a few fairly specific and limited areas.

ETA: Forgot to mention that even if the above isn't possible, if they don't at least go through the motions of a little bit of a search that there will be PR issues from people saying "why didn't they even try to find her in Yellowstone."
