I worked with a long time LE guy for quite a while. one of his favorite quotes was, "Listen to people, they usually tell you the truth about themselves." MOO

Absolutely. People tell you who they are - listen! They've told us who they are.

Do you suppose Chad will try to get on the same flight back with Lori and her escorts?

Will they let him?

Will Lori have to fly in handcuffs and leg chains? Haha. Ha ha ha.

Jmo

That's a funny thought. It would be great if he was on the same flight. Even better if he got a first class seat and Lori was in Coach. :) But somehow I suspect he won't have any way of knowing what flight she's on although odds are it will involve Delta and involve going through Salt Lake.

I'm not sure they could stop him from being on the flight if he managed to book a seat on the right flight.

The logistics of how they'll do it are interesting to ponder. I have no clue what the process would be if, for example, she was in Florida and being extradicted to Idaho. Would she be flown in that situation or would Idaho send two or three guards in a van to drive down and bring her back? I'd think that is more likely than flying and that only Alaska and Hawaii (as far as extradictions between states) would involve flying the person. I can say that I spent a period where I flew a ton and I don't remember ever seeing anyone in handcuffs, leg irons, or other restraints. I'm thinking the airline might want to keep the fact that this was going on low key, but I also would think that some restraint would be needed. Even though Lori might not be likely to turn physical and attack passengers and such, she could, and the risk for a lot of prisoners would be higher but the same procedures would apply to Lori.

I joked about Chad flying first class, but it occured to me that it might make sense for Lori to be the one in first class. put her and a couple guards in the front rows of first class, have them be the last to come on the plane, just before closing the doors, and get them off immediately on opening the doors. I think they can route them to and from the plane through places other than the regular concourses. I'm also thinking they fly her to SF or LA unless there is a non-stop on Delta to SLC, then put her in a van for the rest of the trip. The reason I'm thinking the front row of first class and the sneaking on last second, then off immediately, is that I know they do this with celebrities as needed. I was on a flight years ago from Chicago to SLC with Della Reese when they were filming the series "Touched by an Angel" in Salt Lake. The only way I knew she was on the plane was I was in first class and happened to look up and notice her when she and her traveling companion came on at the last second. They got her off quick as well and she was no where to be seen by the time I got off, not very far behind her.

MOO, based on what I have observed so far, I am starting to see a pattern of parental abuse or neglect, regarding Tylee.
right? combined with sporadic LoveBombing when she would take Tylee on those mom/daughter getaways for some *exclusive bonding* errrrh
i think Lori made a point to keep her friends close and SOMETIMES her enemies closer

As I suspected because it is usually the case, law enforcement has more info than they are telling the public. There is a reason her bail is so high.

Theres a freakin free lori page?!!! :mad:What in the actual, I'll let you cussers fill in the blank :p

That came up the other night. It's a joke and the admin of the page is quick to delete anything that he or she doesn't like. They're also not very bright, IMO.

I’m confused about the bail hearing for tomorrow. I thought Idaho set the bail amount and only Idaho could reduce it. After all, the charges are from Idaho.
The Idaho bail is a separate matter, does not apply at this point in time, and is, in and of itself, not a factor in any decision of a judge in Hawaii in determining a bail amount. When Hawaii arrested her on the out of state warrant, Hawaii set their own bail.

The judge in Hawaii set her bail to the same amount as the Idaho bail but could have set it to a different amount or even released her on her own recognizance. Idaho cannot set a bail amount in another state's jurisdiction nor is it incumbent upon a court in Hawaii to act as a surrogate of another state i.e. as if the proceeding were occurring in Idaho. Hawaii's only obligation is constitutional, in that it must honor the arrest warrant and the Governor's warrant for extradition and afford Lori the opportunity to challenge extradition and any bail arrangement while awaiting extradition proceedings.

Once Lori is returned to Idaho, Lori will be arraigned and the bail amount will be applied. After that, Lori can contest the bail amount in a hearing there.

Meaning? I don't think Madison County has the budget to charter a private jet to take Lori and her handlers back to Rexburg, if that's what you're thinking.

So Chad is basically wasting money on an expensive Hawaiian lawyer. MOO

Money given to his kids could be part of their loyalty? MOO

I don't know about that, but your suggestion triggered a new question for me. Do we have any indications Chad's kids met Lori before Lori and Chad got married?

Also, I've been racking my brain about that doorbell video of an unidentified woman visiting Lori on Oct 29 and who it could be... I can't name who I'm thinking of (due to TOS) so I'll simply post the MSM photos side-by-side for comparison:

Image on left is from doorbell video:

Hair length and color and the style of her winter coat seem like "matches" to me. I'm unsure on body type/height. This could be very strong evidence that only 10 days after Tammy's death Chad had moved out of his Salem home already and was living with Lori before they went to Kauai and got married. Our VI's here already told us Chad moved out the day after the Rexburg Memorial. But if that is who I think it is walking up to the door then it's important evidence. Chad can't claim he happened to meet Lori while he was in Hawaii grieving Tammy or editing a book. I strongly believe he went to live with Lori the day after Tammy's memorial and his kids very well could have known where he was living. The day before this doorbell video we have CCTV that captured the 2 men (believed to be Chad and Alex) moving bikes.

MOO.

No - you can take a regular flight to the other islands I think, you'll have to look up their website and see but mainly I'm just pointing it out he could possibly leave from there too and not the Lihue airport and I don't think they have TSA there

So if Lori could find a guillible bail bondsman and pay them $500,000 to bail herself out now then it would free her for the week and half or so until the next extradition hearing at which point she'd be taken into custody and sent back to Idaho anyway (assuming she showed). Then she'd get back to Idaho and have to find another bondsmen and another $500,000 to get out on bail pending trial? I was thinking half a million was all she needed, but now I'm thinking I was off a bit. :)

My rant: Kind of tired of all the extraneous discussions on religion with nutcase Lori and her peeps - let's cut to the chase. She has said she is done with her kids - and, guess what, they're gone! So, believe her. Sad to say, but all of the whirlwind end of earth crap is just a thinly veiled mirage and these kids are probably dead. Put this bi^&*# in jail, throw away the key. Just sick of how much energy has gone into trying to rationalize these people that are just terrible human beings. Okay, done for the night.

I disagree, insofar as it's easy for a person on the outside, and easier if said person has no use for religion themselves; to assume that the "devout" person is telling themselves a big load of known horse hooey to evade detection.

Conversely, if the "devout" person has any shreds of true belief in their devoutness, their mindset - their "beliefs", for want of a better word - do, in fact, become very important.

Even, and perhaps especially, because the devout person might, just might, be sincerely deluded; a/k/a "telling themselves stories to get through the night", as it were.

In short, "It doesn't matter what you believe" (i.e., the quality of your intel) "It only matters that you sincerely believe in it."

JMO, IMO, etc.

They wont pay for it but according to CD bank records he can afford it

Trying to catch up. I saw a screenshot of purportedly CP writing to his merry band, what CD is doing now and plans to do once Lori is extradited. So, I guess if Chad told CP he's coming back after extradition , Lori must not be fighting it, and the truth will be told by Chad, who is doing his writing as we type. I certainly hope these two are also made to pay restitution to the various States/Agencies for investigative time.

O

Just to be sure, I absolutely DO NOT think it’s a true story AT ALL! But Lori is a liar and that is the story I fear she and CD will use. That’s what I meant with my post. Trust me I don’t think it’s true but LV don’t care- it’s a great lie to save herself. MOO
I believe LVD accused JR of sexual abuse during their custody dispute which may have been why AC assaulted him, so it makes sense to me that LVD would use that again. MOO

I'm pretty sure there is no connection to this case, if I am wrong correct me.

I think it was referenced because both Lori's brother (Alex), and the person in the airsoft incident have the same last name. MOO

I think you are probably correct. MOO

And yet she is fighting it, or at least attemting to get the bail decreased so presumably she could get out on bail until the next hearing. I'll bet if her lawyer told the prosecutor and the judge that she was willing to throw in the towel that they could make things happen quick enough to make the bail question moot. So I'm inclined to call BS on CP.
