And this just always makes me get bogged down---> Chad never really had money, Lori DOES appear to have to be pinching pennies. Why oh Why did they go for such a high lifestyle in Kauai?? They found out before going to Kauai that they weren't getting Charles' money. Pretty sure they knew that they were only getting the 400+K off Tammy's death. Still makes one think there is big money in the background?? That was always my suspicion in the beginning, and though have veered off that thought, it does come back to haunt my mind.

This is my thought. Chad went bankrupt once with his business owing $350k. If they run out of money he will just go bankrupt again IMO. We have already heard he wants out of the book business, or so he says. I also wonder if he has a large retirement plan and life insurance himself?

It’s horrible that she sold them and didn’t give them to the kids. Some watches can gain value, not all sell for small amounts. My dad has a lot of watches and some of them are worth more now than what he paid for them, some a similar figure and some less. It really depends on if CV was a collector and knew what he was looking for or just had some nice timepieces that he enjoyed. If they were worn, well used or kept in their cases and unused also plays a part. Whichever way though and whatever their worth it stinks because CVs kids deserved them at the very least. It shows where her priorities lie. MOO

Did CV have a will? He surely would have left something to his sons? The life insurance we know got changed to his sister but we don't know what could have been in a will, do we? His sons should contact CV's attorney if they have not done already. I know there is probate taking place.

I'm not a dude. And it is good to have it confirmed in MSM he wasn't there. You may be sure it wasn't him because you know him. But you weren't in the court room (presumably) so could not say if he was there or not. The reporters were there and have confirmed he wasn't there so I posted the link.

Unless Chad was crawling beneath the courtroom benches for the duration of the hearing it was easy for our VI to determine he wasn’t there, because yes, they know him. So you are argumentatively...agreeing with our VI? We appreciate our VI’s information very much. Someone thought it could be him, but our VI knew immediately it wasn’t.

In order to get a Hawaii driver's license or state ID in the name of Lori Ryan she would need to prove both ID and residency (legal presense). The last one is the one I think would be hardest. Here is a list of accepted documents:

She could have had mail delivered to her friend perhaps from the Compass bank account she had and maybe something else but I cannot figure out how she could get one in the Ryan name in February if she had one in the Vallow name when she got the ticket.

Maybe she has a Hawaii licence in the name of Ryan and an Arizona or Texas one in the name of Vallow. MOO

Why does Melani wants custody so badly now? We saw from the texts she send Brandon, she told him she is moving to Idaho and he could keep the kids in Arizona. She left a lot of kids stuff on the curb when she moved to Rexburg. Now she is demanding custody? What exactly changed?

That's a question for which we have no answer. Cops are there to investigate, not clean up bloody crime scenes. Blood could carry diseases. Cops are not equipped to clean it up (protective gear, etc), and they are not supposed to. Yet this one did. So again, Chandler PD should be asked-what gives?

I saw this early on and thought how strange Lori's brother, Alex, was after Lori's husband #3 and then kills husband #4. I've heard people who knew Lori before say she changed recently, but it sure seems like she and her brother were odd balls from awhile ago. Just my opinion though. I will say Colby, Lori's son, was on Dr. Phil today and he seemed level-headed.
