I'm not a New Englander but I've been side-eyeing JM from the get go :)
I live in AZ now, so that may be also part of why I feel this way. Lol. That, and the fact that the typical 6 degrees of separation seem to be more like 3 degrees of separation with this group of people. Everyone is tied to one another in more than one ways.

Can't wait until the police and FBI have their say as to what they think happened and know. It's going to be very very enlightening.

SO here's a thought...what if BB has all the kids locked up somewhere for their own protection from this crowd?
BBs children or LVs children? B.B. has custody of his children at the moment? JMO

I think that on 9/19 while the babysitter was watching JJ, AC and Lori went to the airport to pick up MG for the podcast. I wondered whether JM might have come in to Rexburg then as well.

I have always felt that it was IP on the storage video on 10/2 while AC was down in Gilbert. I think AC then dropped the gun cases off when he returned to Rexburg. If however it was AC on the storage video, then I think the shooter had to have been either JM or IP (and my money's on JM). Besides AC, they are the only two candidates I can even think of. I don't think it likely that either MB or LV would have been there. Jmo
Agree completely!!!! Exactly my thoughts!

Interestingly, I just discovered that to open the box, you never even have to go in to the same one you desire the box at. You just have to provide the proof at a post office. (That would have been convenient for me to know!) Bolding (and underlining) by me.

USPS.com FAQs
How do I apply for a PO Box in person?
To apply at a Post Office, you must complete all required information on PS Form 1093, Application for Post Office Box Service (to view and print the form, click here). If you apply online, this form is generated during the application process. Bring a copy of the completed form along with two forms of acceptable U.S. identification (one must be an acceptable primary of identification and the other an acceptable secondary form of identification) for verification to a Post Office that provides window service. See Acceptable Forms of Identification.

The Post Office need not be the one where box service is desired. Please note that furnishing false information on the application or refusing to furnish required information is sufficient reason for denial of the application or discontinuance of service.

Thank you for the awesome post. Short answer is, proof needs to be presented to an actual person that you have a physical address, somewhere. Since 99% of the people who want a post office box in my town are people actually moving into town, it's almost never an issue. You show up with a mortgage or lease agreement, some government issued photo ID like a driver's license, payment for a key deposit and you're good to go. The odd thing is, when I'm in the postal software for maintaining post office boxes (not sure if it's allowed to mention the name of it), on occasion there's an alert that someone is opening a post office box, with the caveat that they must present proof in person. I will have to check with another person whether it is strictly that particular post office they have to present their proof to, or not. That was my understanding, but I will look into it.

However, I can say that I only have approval to access the PO Box management in my own office, and two others in the immediate vicinity, one is an RMPO like me (remotely managed post office), and the other is our APO (our managing post office). You have to request approval for every office you have access to, so unless you're under an umbrella with other offices under one boss post office, or you are the boss post office, you don't have access to other post offices. Not unless you're the Postal Inspection Service or the office of Homeland Security. ;)

Given that, frankly I don't see a way another office could finish the verification process for a P.O. Box in a town that was neither their managing office or their RMPO, let alone an office in a different Area, District, or Region than theirs. Maybe the higher ups have a magic wand to do this. I'll have to ask my boss about it tomorrow. :)

I just got off the phone with a woman named Sharon. She stopped by the Shared Blessings Thrift Shop on Kauai around 2:10 p.m. today and Chad Daybell was there. She casually followed him into the parking lot and began a friendly 2-3 minute conversation. Chad told her he was dropping off donations because he's moving back to Idaho "soon" to support Lori. Sharon said, "Couldn't Lori get out of jail if she just said where the kids are?" He responded, "It isn't that easy." Chad told Sharon he wasn't in court yesterday because of the media "circus" and said the story isn't being reported properly. He specifically said that East Idaho News was wrong. Sharon asked if he was still LDS and he said that he was. The conversation was polite and he got into his car. Sharon did not have her phone on her but did snap a photo of Chad's Jeep once she got to her car. I've confirmed with journalists on the island that this is indeed the vehicle Chad has been driving. Chad - if you see this and we are indeed getting our stories wrong, please call me. Email me. Message me. I will talk to you and listen to you. Help me clear up any rumors. Let me hear your side and tell the world your thoughts. Because this story isn't going away - and neither are we.

Why isn't it easy, Chad? Maybe because where the children are is worse than abandonment? Are they deceased? As Annie, Tylee's aunt, said in that Dr. Phil clip: there are perfect strangers who care more about Tylee & JJ than Lori does. I am so :mad::mad::mad:

Does anyone know when CD had his first premonitions about Tammy dying? I suspect he was already involved with Lori and this might have been his cover in order to kill her discreetly. I definitely don't think he is a prophet.

RSBM from the timeline here at WS. BBM. I can’t seem to catch up this week, hope I’m not duplicating info.

2014 – Chad first meets Julie R; Chad helped publish her book about a near-death experience she had in 2004. She became close friends with the Daybells and there was a 3 year period of time where Julie would visit Chad & Tammy in their Rexburg home at least once a month (Fox13 Salt Lake City).

Sometime within this 3 year friendship, “Daybell and Rowe often talked about a vision they both had years ago where angels told them Tammy would die.

“He was emotionally distraught, he was crying and he said that his angels had told him that he was going to lose Tammy,” said Rowe.” Chad Daybell had a “vision” his wife Tammy would die, friend says

“He really felt like she was going to pass away last fall between October and December," Rowe said, adding that the two were having marital problems.” Former friend: Chad Daybell predicted his late wife's death and brainwashed his kids

Approx 2016 or 2017 – Lori and Chad may have met for the first time as early as 2016 or 2017. Lori’s friend says in a Dec 2019 interview that Lori first became “obsessed” with Chad’s books about 4 years ago. JJ’s grandmother, KW says in a 30 Jan 2020 presser that she believes Lori & Chad may have met in 2016 or 2017. (Friend interview, Fox7 Austin, & KW’s Presser video).

"Are the kids ok?"
... and Chad shakes his head no as he says he can't comment.

:(moo
Good catch. But do you think the shaking of the head is simply because he’s answering in the negative? If he knew that the kids were ok, would seem a little awkward to nod his head while answering negatively to being able to comment?

Good going, Nate!! Keep that pressure on!

So hopefully everyone in the Cox family currently in Idaho, will soon be known to all the media heading there and locals already in Idaho; because I'm dying for people to know what names they should call the sheeple family members when they shout "Where are the children?" at them.

I mean, if I were Lori's surviving sister, for example, I wouldn't come within 1,000 feet of this circus. I'm dying of curiosity to know; has she never asked Lori? Does SHE have the children?? I'd be very shocked if LE in the various jurisdictions haven't asked everybody they know in the Cox family circle if they are hiding the children, being as Colby said they showed up at his home looking for JJ and Tylee.

It’s quite appropriate though really isn’t it? I think even JK Rowling would have struggled thinking up this plot. We could do with Harry Potter and co to help find the children IMO :(

I think it was (possibly years) before he met Lori. Chad's writer friend JR gave a media interview about it a while ago.
Chad never mentioned anything about that to me before he moved to Idaho. He and Tammy seemed to be as happy as ever, other than her lack of exuberance to move away.

I am wondering if Chad is maybe on his way back. Justin confirmed he was not in court. See link below.

(Just so we know for sure the bald guy wasn't Chad)

Confirmed: Lori Vallow’s husband Chad Daybell did not come to the hearing that just wrapped up. On Monday - I reported that he plans to move out of their Princeville condo by Friday per source. #fox10phoenix
Dude. We knew for sure that wasn’t Chad.

Niece of Lori Vallow appears in Mesa Courtroom
Interesting, that according to this article and a Google search, the attorney MBP had representing her today is a criminal defense lawyer, from a firm of criminal defense lawyers. Unusual choice for a family court matter, wouldn't you say?
