Im not familiar with American law so please excuse what may be a dumb question. Does this mean against the charges she’s facing now or any evidence of future charges? For example if the evidence that LE have now may pertain to potential autopsy results, results of items seized during search warrants etc? Is this just a request for evidence and witnesses relating to the abandonment charges? JMO

I'm totally in agreement that there are many more sensible, efficient ways to go about poisoning someone, but technically, it's possible. Poison darts are a thing, as are substances that poison through skin contact. Poison paintballs, imo, wouldn't be very practical, but they'd make an excellent story - or distraction. Who would think to link the two?

Wild Speculation:

Possible a paintball gun that has been modified to act as an aerosol instead.

I'm still not convinced this has anything to do with TD death, but who knows?

Hmmm, appears Lori is being represented by 3 local lawyers. Wonder why her Rexburg lawyer is not representing her any longer, only Chad, and why she chose 3 from my local area...not near her?

I think it would be hard to find someone local to represent her probably out of fear of harassment from locals or not wanting to justify why to people. And, some of these small town lawyers don't want to be on a world stage defending someone like her.

To me all that means is Lori made the accusation of Kay wanting custody of JJ for the money back then. But Kay has stated elsewhere that CV's life insurance payout did not require Kay to have custody of JJ to get the money. Lori is likely accusing Kay of wanting JJ only for the money, but that accusation doesn't hold water if Kay already has the money. I believe Lori only wanted JJ for CV's insurance money and that is why she thinks it's logical to level that accusation at others. MOO.

ETA: The Woodcocks begged Lori to bring JJ to his dad's memorial service and Lori never showed up. I 100% believe they wanted to see JJ and show him love at that time. And perhaps they made it known since Lori has stated in the past she doesn't want JJ, that they were willing to take him back. That's not the same thing as filling a custody dispute. If Lori had not cut off JJ's communication with them and then failed to produce JJ for the courts, I think the Woodcocks never would have filed any court actions. Lori is the one driving this bus. MOO.

She seems to think, just because she has JJ, that she is somehow entitled to the Life insurance money. Somehow, she has linked JJ and the Life Insurance together.

I think it’s about an hour and 15 minutes or so NW of Rexburg.

I used to live in Idaho Falls as a child many years ago and our family often spent weekends exploring such sites and ghost towns in northern Idaho and southwestern Montana. I remember a few visits to these kilns and we rarely saw others around.

There is so many places off the road, that are so desolate on US 20, the road from Rexburg, ID to Yellowstone Park. Lots of space.

So, I wonder if Tylee was last seen September 8th, 2019, in Yellowstone Park, that authorities are sure that Tylee is there.

2. They flew to Kauai on December 1. Plenty of time to have gone to Vegas for the weddings as well. Wonder if they were there. Did we ever see who witnessed melani’s ceremony?

You have the option to do like me. I've got 3 monitor screens, it is so liberating.

I can watch a video on one screen, read on another, and have the timeline on the 3rd.

Never going back to one monitor screen again.

Also never going back to a regular keyboard. I've got a "Mechanical Keyboard", I will never give that up either. Although my keyboard drives my kids crazy (Click-clack, clickity-clack). I love the tactile feedback, and I can type much faster (plus it has anti-ghosting).

There are actually tons of places like that, in Idaho, Montana area. Off the beaten path, that only people who actually "know" where they are can find the places. Often, no cell service, so no GPS coverage.

Usually these places are on BLM land, but no one really notices. Being on forest service land is usually more monitored.

Yeah, there are a ton, that's why I was hoping Utahutah or others maybe lurking here, could narrow it down to the area's actually used by Chads Prepper group.

Its got something to do with something. Have you ever been assaulted by a paintball wielding attacker in the dark in a small cluster of your and your neighbors’ houses? I haven’t. And don’t want to be assaulted like that. Really weird set of circumstances. Ten days before she died. No coincidences in this world.

I think she knows how life insurance works. I think she was in a blind rage when she found out CV had removed her as beneficiary. So she sent a nonsensical message to Kay , suggesting she was responsible not only for JJ and Tylee, but CVs 3 sons who lived with their mother and had never been her responsibility. I am guessing she was so pissed off she couldn’t think straight. I also believe it is this rage that made her keep JJ from the Woodcocks. Pure spite.

If you go to a map application like Google maps, you can search for Lone Pine, Monteview, ID and then scroll northwest a bit and then do a closeup as you head NW and toward the nearby mountains and you can actually see the four kilns.

As I mentioned, I've only recently been following this case, so I don't know what others have addressed and I don't know how these "religious" doomsday groups meet or practice, but I could see people involved in cult like beliefs or activities using private sites like this, that have so much history.

No, of course I can't. In fact, if you go back and re-read what I just said, it was that it's "technically possible". Not very realistic, but possible. This can be inferred because 1) contact poisons exist, 2) an exploded paintball can make skin contact.

Likewise, poison on darts or with needle pricks, and even use of small pellets. Ricin poisoning is a thing, though I'm not sure the symptoms fit in this case.

The science exists, the method exists, therefore the potential exists. That makes it "technically possible".

Random preppers in Idaho using this method? Unlikely, IMO.

Though with as weird as this freaking case is, I'm not sure even poisoned paintballs - y'know, if TD had actually been hit by a paintball - would surprise me.

Well @Sachi JJ has two very loving grandparents who are in Idaho waiting to see Lori in court tomorrow. Poor Tylee is a young woman who really deserves a future that compensates for the neglect she seems to have grown up in; she reportedly really looked out for JJ which IMO is really sweet, especially if she wasn't really getting her own needs met. The kids big brother CR apparently loves both of them and has been a presence in their lives. This is heartbreaking, these kids are so great. The picture of JJ with his therapy dog is beautiful.
