These are two of the detectives from the #MadisonCountySheriff’s office who assisted in transporting #LoriVallow to #Rexburg. They told me it was a long day but everything went smoothly. #Bravo.

I fully agree. TRs face in this pic hurts so much. It’s the same face my son gives when he’s stressed and anxious. It might not be the same for her but I saw the pic and wondered what was going through her mind when it was taken. Those poor kids . It must be ripping KW and LW into pieces seeing these photos MOO

Stressed and putting a brave face on, IMO, also significant weight gain from previous pictures that were taken just months earlier IIRC. Gut wrenching and heartbreaking to think of having a mother putting her through a nightmare for mom's own narcissistic reasons. So loving to her little brother for whom she stayed in the family, moved to Idaho IIRC. Oh TR, you and JJ deserve so much better

Note that Nate was there whereas other reporters weren't. I suspect there are multiple reasons for that, one being that no one else anticipated they'd be landing in Rexburg, but I suspect someone told Nate. Maybe even invited him to drop by and attempt to get another "that's great" out of her.

I feel like they gave him permission first. Maybe to rattle her? His emotions were genuine though, you can hear how angry and upset he is. His voice cracked a few times.

Can the public nominate journalists for awards? I’d really like to see him get some kind of award once all this is over. He and Justin Lum have gone above and beyond what’s expected of a journalist in this case. MOO

This picture speaks to all of us who have grandchildren...We don't even care really about our original kids...the world revolves around the grandkids and JJ's Grandma is sitting on the curb wanting answers

Yes I noticed the weight gain. My youngest does exactly the same when we have tough times with my eldest. He has a real sparkle in his eyes and looses weight when he’s happy, when my eldest is struggling he looks just like that. I might be reading too much into it but it hurts when my youngest looks like that so I recognise it all too well. MOO

I think I'm now 100% about that being their group, and the photo was taken at that time. I don't see the cloud definition in any other period that looks like the clouds behind Alex. You can see in the very top left here in this video where the camera lens would have picked up the clouds with light breaking through just enough. Too much earlier and it was just misty and foggy. Too much later, you have rain. This portion of the video is at 11:19 a.m. (Go to 15:49 in the video)

ETA: Then there's another group at 16:56-17:09 that match as well. Thankfully not very many groups of 4 there that day with one shorter kid. The clouds behind and the direction the wind is blowing the steam behind Alex is almost exact. So...I prefer this second group. But either way, this puts them at East Chinaman Spring between 11 and 11:30. If they were there for Old Faithful, they just missed it at 11:05, unless they came from there. Then there's hours and hours to get to many other places in the park. Norris Basin again is not far from Old Faithful nor the entrance at West Yellowstone to get home afterward.

I just feel like such a voyeur... I feel i missed how you are able to get these videos??? I am certain FBI knows how to enlarge and view.... Don't we feel like we are "watching the set-up"???

i really just cannot think about Alex having "family" into his plate. How much do vanity plates cost in AZ?? Some states are really cheap (like NH) some states (MA) are really expensive...

Someone mentioned that this was Charles Vallow's truck before he died. I wonder if his middle initial was "P," in which case it may just be that the plate is "C" "P" and QUINT for five, or the roman numeral "V."

ETA: No, I see that his full name was L. Charles Anthony Vallow, so it's not that.

When I see that picture, my heart aches. I work with lots of special needs parents. Parenting a child with special needs is very tough at times, even when you love them with all your heart. If someone was not totally invested in JJ's care, he would be a major problem for a carefree, beach lifestyle. When I see Tylee holding him so close, I see that total investment and love that a child like JJ would need. In my opinion, Tylee would not leave JJ alone with this group willingly, especially after his precious dog was sold. Tylee understood him and really loved him. This photo speaks volumes to me.
