So her atty is arguing that Lori said she would turn herself in and instead LE decided to make a spectacle of this arrest. Now, i wonder if they were supposed to believe that she was going to actually do that?

Again, states the HI was a planned moved.

Ha ha the ATTY wants to say she had consistent residences and that she has long term employment. Ha

Elcox says Vallow has no criminal history. Also says she told police in Kauai that she would turn herself in if warrant came.
