and Chad's "kind little suggestion" to Tammy to visit her Parents.... Which I think had two motives....1) Gives him more alone time with his secret lover LV, and 2) so he can rationalize 'I did the right thing' by letting her/ her parents have that final "Goodbye"....

He's in it up to his eyeballs!!! No more excuses for Chad! He's a guilty dirtbag and I love watching the weekly bombshells coming at them!

That comment to JR was approx 3 weeks before Tammy's death IIRC so around 28th September. Just a few days before buttslap and Brandon murder attempt. I wonder if LE have interviewed JR. They must have right?

Ok now best case scenario is that Tylee (with JJ) is in hiding as she is somehow a witness to her relatives' conspiracy to murder, as well as it being her vehicle used in the attempt, which she would also know about. This is why the kids are "safe" and cannot be produced. What is the precedent for this? What if Tyler is voluntarily in hiding with JJ so she cannot be compelled to testify? Is it legal to keep your kids in hiding so they cannot be used as witnesses against you? Is it likely other relatives/friends/cult members are assisting?

Lori, Alex, and Chad (as is evident by his helping at the storage unit Oct 2) played a part in shooting Lori's nephew Brandon.

Maybe I haven't had enough coffee this morning, but I'm not clear on how Chad helping at the storage unit makes him guilty of this conspiracy beyond a doubt. I'm just unable to put all the details together at this point. I think I understand how Alex and Lori (and perhaps MBp) had obvious roles.

Would someone more knowledgeable (and perhaps more caffeinated) than myself please explain? I guess I'm wondering if Chad has plausible deniability (for the attempted murder of Brandon) or not.

I see the change of judge tactic as a way to continue the myth about the custody battle with Kay. Maybe it is aiming to reinforce to supporters that this is all about the custody battle and the judge is biased and this is the reason for high bond etc.

Even if it's not a direct tactic, I'm sure the Chad and Lori supporters will jump all over this because it fits into their preconceived notions about this case. If they still believe this is a "custody battle", they will be crying that the judge was biased for sure. (Assuming Judge Eddins remains.) MOO

The wheel and rear seat of the jeep were removed so that shooter could fire out of the back of the jeep. Chad helped by moving the tyre and seat into the storage unit. But he didn't know Lori very well he told LE two months later on 26th Nov, despite having been married to her for 3 weeks by then. The buttslap and tyre storage proves he knew her very well. MOO.

Yes not only did Lori fail to mourn JR, AxC, and CV, but the only funeral we know of her turning up at is TD--where she was celebrating and not mourning. MOO

It had to be Alex, but Tylee knows who was driving so Tylee and JJ have disappeared. I think it is best to look at who is supporting BB's ex to perhaps find out who could be harbouring a witness. AJMO.

This is Nate from East Idaho News explaining the whole thing about why the tyre and seat are important and who visited the storage, when and with which car. This may be a repost but it is good to explain it all.

He explains that the rear window on that model of jeep doesn't open with the tyre affixed. BB was shot through the rear window so the tyre obviously was not affixed at the time of the murder attempt. Slam dunk.

Tylee went missing on September 8. Attempt on Brandon was on Oct 2nd. How would Tyleee thus be a witnesses to attempted murder of Brandon?

Alex was there on the 26th wasn't he? Maybe they didn't have these enhanced videos then and thought it was Alex in the storage, like we all did. Now Alex is dead and dead men tell no tales. It is weird.
ETA they didn't get the search warrants for the apartments and storage till 27th November and Alex, Chad and Lori were all gone by then.
