If you have a source for that I'd love to see it. Because the only thing I have ever seen record of is Chad telling people that Lori is an "empty nester" (i.e. all her children have grown up and left the home), that she has no minor children, and that they as a couple have no children in their care. In other words he doesn't even acknowledge Tylee and JJ's existence. Well, that's not entirely true... there was that one time he told LEO that he last saw JJ over a month ago at apartment #107 - this after he was married to the woman (unbeknownst to LE at the time) who was supposed to be caring for these children. But even here it's apparent that he tried to disassociate JJ and Tylee from Lori and himself rather than taking any kind of responsibility for their whereabouts and well-being, you know, since he was now their stepfather.

The only people I have seen put forth the theory that the children are still alive, hidden away somewhere, are unrelated people projecting their own hopes and emotions into the case. In other words these are unfounded rumors. Unless of course you have some evidence directly from Chad that he's telling people the kids are alive and well somewhere. But even here, as much as I'd like to believe it myself, I wouldn't trust anything he says as he has proven himself a liar and manipulator already. Until he can bring forth the kids alive and well he's got no standing. MOO.

Chad told Christopher Parrett (according to Mr. Parrett) is that the current "sensationalist media narrative" (= the children are missing and likely gone) is "very different from the truth" (= false.). That only leaves one conversation for them to have: That the children are alive. And that's more than enough for his family and supporters to cling to.

I didn't see anything about MG, who would have been the reason for the charge pertaining to LVD and CD asking her to lie about the whereabouts. Sorry, can't remember the legal jargon at the moment. Obviously there will be more evidence sent to defense as part of the discovery, or at least I would assume so. Still very interesting that Ian was interviewed with his wife and not Melani. He and MBP already tied the knot by then. JMO

I believe that is because it was RPD's discovery only. Where as MG would be with the Arizona investigation. Is that what you meant?

Ahhhhhh, yes, silly me. Overlooked that obvious fact. Thank you for reminding me it was the RPD discovery, and not AZ. However, that makes me wonder about the call MG placed to the RPD on December 6th, which should have been in there, I would think. MOO.

My guess: If one of Tylee's parents dies, Tylee receives monthly surviving child benefits from Social Security. I think it used to be that a child received that benefit until age 22, but not sure what current law is.

ETA: I don't know, but wonder if Tylee would also have received surviving child benefits from Charles Vallow's death.

I guess JJ would receive it but not sure about Tylee, if she was already getting it from her father JR.

This sentence is not correct. It should say “our cornerstone belief of ‘innocent until proven guilty’” not “cornerstone of innocents, until proven guilty.” Take out the s and the comma and we are good to go. Unless the journalist made the error, there is a definite trend of grammatical errors going on here for Mr. Means. And while we all make mistakes, I think extra proofreading is in order when you know your statement will end up in national news.

Founded by Frank Vandersloot, a very rich and influential businessman, he was in the news previously regarding reports of him trying to squash negative news reports concerning the local boy scouts. Agree! If there is one shred of proof they are alive, its damn well overdue to produce it, regardless of the excuse.
No proof = they are liars and murderers.
Combined with the violence, deaths, greed and lunacy connected to these people, its increasingly likely the children were murdered. And from the laundry list of lies and public evidence its not a mystery of whodunnit.

Agree! If there is one shred of proof they are alive, its damn well overdue to produce it, regardless of the excuse.
No proof = they are liars and murderers.
Combined with the violence, deaths, greed and lunacy connected to these people, its increasingly likely the children were murdered. And from the laundry list of lies and public evidence its not a mystery of whodunnit.

Furthermore, he lied directly to LE when they were looking for the Children, and then he fled the state with LVD. He needs to be in custody right now for obstructing justice. Sickening that he is not locked up.

I did see he shows EL as a workplace as well. It's unclear what he’s doing presently but it’s interesting how similar the two companies are. MBP seemed to marry him promptly after her divorce from BB. His working there sent my mind into conspiracy overload. I recalled the movie Halloween 3 and the Silver Shamrock Company. JMOO
