If IP knew any of them prior to LVD moving Rexburg, you would think IP would have helped them move in, instead of some random neighbor. Unless, IP was helping also, as the neighbor did mention another person other than Lori or Alex, IIRC. Someone on a social media site mentioned his brother is friends with IP, and how IP made it sound like MBP pursued him. Don't know if there is truth to that or not, as it is hearsay. JMO, MOO.

Im not a lawyer but i think the marriage exemption in court only applies to things that took place while you were married not before. It would be a bad plan if thats why they got married

i think that is the case...but I personally believe that C and L DID go into a panic with the welfare check.. It was the first sign that all their secrets were not so secretive anymore... and that panic might have predicated the marriages without logic. Until this welfare check, all the drama was spread out between ID, AZ, UT, and HI.

Why am I confused or what have i forgotten? From time to time, we all go back to our Prize winning timeline, right?
So based on what is below, WHO was at the storage unit in Rexburg on 22 Oct?
Chad was at the funeral services in Utah. Alex was being served papers in San Tan Valley AZ.(or do we have to ask if it was Alex, who was served the papers)


22 Oct 2019 – Funeral services are held in Utah and Tammy Daybell is buried in Springville, Utah (Tammy's Obit).

22 Oct 2019, 3:14 - 3:24 pm - A man visits Lori’s storage unit alone in the pick-up truck belonging to Alex and he takes something out of the unit (Dateline).

22 Oct 2019 – BB and Melani’s divorce is finalized (Consent Decree); BB requested full custody of their 4 children on the grounds that he believes Melani was behind the attempt on his life in early October; He also requested Melani not see the children without supervision; Melani did not show up for court to challenge custody of the children; (Court records; Arizona Republic). We know he was LDS, and then we saw all the stuff on the computer that he gave Natalie. Not a definite, but highly probable.

I always operate from the presumption of innocence as hard as it is to do sometimes. This particular one is a huge test of that principle.
However if they are criminals, they are not very savy ones. They had a big bag of money and could of went somewhere they could not be expedited from and lived their lives out there. Instead they thought hiding in Hawaii was smarter? I could easily see them thinking that marriages would serve as a legal shield when it does not. They are not smart criminals if they are criminals at all.
As dumb as they are, if the grandparents had not found out the adress lori was living at, they might of gotten away withtheir scheme. I think that welfare check was the lynchpinto everything going awry for them. If they get convicted, its all gonna trace back to two worried grandparents giving the police an address to have a welfare check at.

Im not saying he didnt have ties to their group but him being a member of the LDS community isnt proof and the information on the computer i think he claims is stuff he learned from MBP after they got together. It does not prove.he had a y involvement prior to him meeting her. Its possible she was trying to recruit him into their group and he went along with it because he was attracted to her.

I thought it had been explained by other posters that reincarnation was not a Mormon belief. Also energy healings and multiple mortal probations have been frowned upon. JR was ex'd for it and HS warned about it in his PTZ closure speech. What Chad and Lori appear to be doing is setting up an offshoot and murdering those who stand in their way for the life insurance. I have seen noone speaking out against yoga and meditation on here or any religion. MOO

I had to go back to your original post to remind myself what I was answering in the first place so thought it would not be necessary to quote yours. Firstly, it is against TOS to ask someone to send a PM. Secondly, I was responding because your original post accused some members of crossing the line in describing the POI's beliefs. I disagreed with you and I think, considering they could have murdered between 1 and 4 separate people plus an attempt on a 5th, then the descriptions are apt. Obviously this is MOO so you are free to disagree, as we all are on here.
Thirdly, I am not LDS or Catholic but another Christian denomination. Personally, I don't see what my or anyone's religion has got to do with murder really, because all Christians believe Thou shalt not kill.
Specifically, energy healing and MMP is dangerous and should not be promoted by these forums you mention at all IMO. Indeed I believe they are distancing themselves from CD and his followers because of what has happened since last July. Anyway, if posters wish to call these POI's or forum followers wack jobs for their beliefs, I do not see that as a bad reflection on any religion, but on those people themselves. AJMO.

Something I've been thinking about.

Did Melani move to Rexburg to be close to Lori or not?

Did she move to be close to IP? The cast of characters in general?

She moved there less than a week before LVD and CD jetted off to Hawaii.

By the time Melani joined the crew in Rexburg, the kids were gone. TD was dead. They had failed to kill BB.

Was she encouraged to move there just so less than a month later she could be married to her "minder"?

You're right. By the time she moved up there 5 people were dead or disappeared (JR, CV, Tylee, JJ, TD, ) and one had survived an assassination attempt (BB).

Something just occurred to me about the move. If IP is telling the truth that MBP had no forehand knowledge of the attempt on BBs life but suspected it was Alex and Lori behind it. That seems like a passive form of approval she is giving by moving closer to them.

It’s been a long wait. Still no answers on how Tammy Daybell died on 10/19/19. I’ve called Fremont County Sheriff Len Humphries enough times so I checked in with an assistant. No update.

Meanwhile, Chad Daybell is believed to be in Utah as his new wife Lori Vallow remains in jail. The autopsy report for Alex Cox (Vallow’s brother) is still not released.

For now the wait continues.

I think one of our lawyers on the board told us the final eviction notice could be served without Alex being present? That's why I have it worded the way it is-- that the notice was served at the house not necessarily directly to Alex. MOO.
