I consider JR's death as well as CV's death suspicious... Both occurred before Tammy. Does someone/anyone know about other possibly suspicious deaths (associated with any of the culty-people) besides JR and CV?

It would be really hard to track since the suspicious deaths or attempts could happen anywhere. In the case of LVD and MBP they happen in AZ just before these people move to Rexburg.

In 2017 there were no deaths ruled a homicide in Fremont County or Madison County. In 2018 there were again none in Fremont county and 1 in Madison County. I couldn't find data for 2019, maybe not released yet.

MBP is pregnant with IP’s child. That’s why he stays. He’s probably trying to make sure she doesn’t do anything to harm their unborn baby. But I wouldn’t be surprised if once the baby is born he files for divorce and full custody of the baby. MOO

Has it been reported/proven that she actually is pregnant w/Ian’s child or do we only know that she told LE that (according to Ian)? I wouldn’t put it past her to lie, nor would I completely rule out her getting pregnant by someone else and telling Ian it was her baby. Chad seems like the type to believe his spawn would be uber special and Melani seems deluded enough to buy it. I could see her thinking she’s “chosen” if she carries Chad’s baby and don’t think she’d hesitate at all to lie to Ian and say it’s his.

Thank you so much. Yes, I wonder that too. Before I posted my question, I went back and watch video of her appearing in court. She didn't look pregnant or at least wasn't showing much. I know from experience the more kids you have the more quickly you show. I would expect her to pop out rather in early in the pregnancy. She may have also lied to gain sympathy.

I've heard that a father can petition the court for custody of a child before birth in order to protect the child.

Is that possible in Utah? Might be something I'd recommend to IP? Establish that he's hanging around for the child, not for MP?

BB dropped the kids off with Melani, wherever she was living, then went to the gym. He then went back to his home around 9 a.m. and that is when the shooting occurred.

and we are certain of this??? i have wondered where the kids were. So just want to know for certain that they were with her at that time. She was living in some other place too , right? The place where she and alex threw away all the kids stuff?? I have never seen such a bunch of folks that just keep moving to cover up their crimes! And misdemeanors.

Yeah, my thought on that is, "Why pay an attorney for custody, when we will soon take out Brandon and collect a nice fat check for a cool mil? And you get to keep the kids too, as a bonus." MBP was in on it, IMO.

Melani had not obtained a lawyer for her divorce case, nor appeared for any proceeding, until at least December, or more than 6 months after the filing.

Just noting that I can't see that the amended order was served on the defendant Lori Vallow aka Daybell, whereas the original order was. It's been served on her 3 attorneys though. Also Webb and Elcox filed a motion asking for leave to withdraw on March 19th - it's still pending.

On an optimistic note I think she drew the short straw by getting a female judge reassigned to her trial.
