I don’t know what he is referencing, but, along with you, it has always been a concern of mine (and others on this forum) that Alex acting alone will be Lori’s defense. It is truly my hope that LE is working on a federal conspiracy indictment. The evidence, though circumstantial, is overwhelming. Tylee, JJ, Tammy and Charles deserve justice.

I think it will come down to "but why would Alex just automatically act on his own to murder Tammy without prodding from Lori or Chad". He didn't have any ties to her other that those two people.

I thought the new facts were that she and her lawyer can't talk privately and review discovery without passing it among the guards.

I think their argument is that the coronavirus is unconstitutional and was rigged by the State to deny her effective assistance of counsel.

For all we know, the doomsday preppers rigged the coronavirus to get HER out of jail. Damn those 144k!!!

The first new motion for reduction of bail (stating new facts have come to light) was filed on 24th March. The visit which was recorded was 30th March, according to the declaration filed on 2nd April.

Sometimes, when letting my mind wander and ponder.. I just feel that Chad was living in that house with Tammi prodding her and manipulating her. He probably pushed her to visit her folks.(giving him some space). How did he talk to her after that paint gun/gun incident. I am 1000% certain he was planning her death for quite a while.........can you imagine living out your final days in a house with that premeditating murderer?

I think CD was leading JR on before he met LV. Why else would they be talking behind TD's back about her death? Which makes me think CD had not been 100 percent vested in his marriage since way before LV came along. moo

I suggest they reduce it to $1, let her out. On the way out, arrest her and charge her with MURDER. NO BAIL.

BBM. Because both Chad and JR were self-appointed prophets, who believed they could see into the future and they both "saw" Tammy dying years before it happened. Lori had no such ability. I agree that Chad probably subconsciously wanted out of his marriage long before he met Lori.

If AC was dumb enough to transport a [would be] murder weapon from AZ to ID then he probably never disposed of it (probable the "paintball gun" was same weapon?) I think L/e probably located the weapon.

just watched on Court TV that Lori's lawyer is saying their privacy was violated, and a conversation early on was recorded. He's obviously using this knowledge to get lower bond. The reporter states "no matter how you feel about Lori Vallow, she still has a right to private conversation with her attorney." They say was recorded on accident due to coronavirus policies but then deleted. Hmmm this could be a problem

I highly suggest that for the laundry list of remaining charges (some which need to be brought forth 4/17 or before, and hopefully for at least 1 murder) involve moving her to a jurisdiction of competence.

There has to be shenanigans with gravediggers, have heard of few cases. I really wonder what else CD may have done as a gravedigger? So many possibilities.
The only cases I recall were some places that illegally sold of the corpses who where to be interred. And other cases in GA or TN where a place had bodies stacked up all over and in odd places, took the money to bury or cremate and then didn't. What CD might have done as a gravedigger just goes wild in the imagination, knowing what he has done with the living. I wonder who put the "paintball" idea in her head? Why wouldn't TD think it was a real weapon? I suspect it was CD who convinced her to downplay it as a paintball gun. There was no proof of paintballs. But the description matches the weapon that BB was shot at with using live bullets. So I agree, someone cleaned up the shells. Perhaps the bullets are still out there!

I guess that’s one way to solidify “prophet” status—to “see” someone dying, and then help the “prophecy” to come “true.” (So many quotation marks needed when talking about these people.)

IMO. I don’t think Tammy died a natural death.

Family, friends, acquaintances, anyone in the sphere of CD and LVD should be very cautious—the number of dead or missing people connected to these two is mind-boggling.

That is interesting. If JR appeared to have more credibility, she probably did have a cozier relationship with Chad. We have often thought that her sharing the prophecy of TD's death, was wishful thinking on her part. I combine that thought with Josef's question of why didn't JR warn TD. She has much to attest to .... hopefully LE has gotten what they need from her. I wonder if she is in hiding now.

It won’t be lowered based on the “new facts” that the jail was unsure how to handle attorney-client communications at first when they put in protections against coronavirus. That issue seems to have been handled now, and in any event the remedy would not be to reduce bond but to ensure confidentiality is respected.

But I think LVD’s lawyer filed a previous motion based on some other “new facts,” and I’m not sure I ever heard what those “new facts” were.
