The video footage from the storage unit showed the time to be 2:32pm, and Nate Eaton clarified the time was off by an hour, and it was actually 3:32pm. And on October 1st, that would make the time in AZ to be 2:32pm, as we currently are an hour behind Idaho (when clocks go back on November 1st, AZ remains the same, therefore making Idaho the same time as AZ. Hope that made sense). So, if she were at the storage unit at 3:32pm, she could easily call her mom at 4pm Idaho time, which would show as 3pm in AZ, on JC's phone records.

If she was actually on the phone for an hour and a half while she was also at the storage unit then perhaps JJ was in the car on the phone to Grandma at the point we see Chad and Lori on camera. However, Chad does not seem to remember JJ as he told relatives Lori had no minor children. I therefore doubt it was Lori on the phone that day. I think, whoever had Lori's phone also had JJ. Hopefully LE have already traced the phone activity and can make some sense of this phone call.

I only get a little over 2 minutes. Janis says "It's been devastating not to see Tylee and JJ in such a long time, we loved them so much" while staring straight at the floor, then turns to look at Summer and says "It's been devastating not to see Lori". She can't seem to look the interviewer in the eyes when she talks.

Also "we loved them" is past tense.

I have the whole clip - trying to find some fancy pants way to compress the file and load it where you all can see it. This is a little above my pay grade.....but I'm determined!

No one on here that is trying to figure all of this out, who called who when, who said what to who and so on, you will never figure it out because you are normal you do not have the mind of a sociopath or think like one, the things that you would find normal don't matter, their actions and behaviours are all their own, we will never understand how they think and feel.The only hope we have of knowing for sure is if and when there is a trial, hopefully it will come out then.All of them are CRAZY sociopaths.that care only for themselves and what can benefit them. In the crossfire of all this are the innocent Charles, tylee, and jj.and tami. I think the truth will come out.but it makes my head spin to try to figure this out, I don't even try. There is a special place in hell.for these people, that I know for sure.

All good points. Now also she surely would not have been on the phone with JJ for an hour and a half because I think it has been said by Kay and Larry that his calls are always short and sporadic and so I think that would be a long time for him to be on the phone all within one call.

I am wondering if Lori was talking to mom, dad, Alex, whoever else was there at the time and while talking to mom Lori says "here JJ, say hi to grandma"...a few seconds of silence and then Lori says "I tried to get him to the phone but he ran outside to play with the neighbor." Janis now thinks she might have been on the phone with JJ "because, you know, he knows who we are..." Janis isn't actually claiming a conversation with JJ, correct? Only that he was on the phone on Oct 1?

It is probably such a large file (most videos are) that compressing to fit it onto here would be pretty difficult. Can you try trimming it to just the extra section?

Yes and it appears they are going to play more on both Thursday and Friday night.

The people in the ballroom included:

Lori's mother and sister their spouses, her niece and nephew and one or two other family members and two of their attorneys.

They say that Lori was receiving threats and that's what caused her to move to Idaho and put her kids in hiding and they are still in hiding today. CBS is going to trace those alleged threats and have those people respond.

Compare Melani, Janis, and Summer with the interviews with Colby and with Annie who both needed a moment to hold it together because they were starting to cry when they mentioned JJ and Tylee...

because Colby at minimum spoke to them all the time.

Seems to me, listening to the two CBS snippets released so far, and the Dateline Melani/Ian interview, these interviews are just meant to sow the seeds of doubt in the minds on casual observers. They have not said anything that is verifiable or can be corroborated.

They've mentioned two timing facts that appear to go against evidence released to the public by LE....JJ/JC call on 10/1 and SS/TR call on 9/24. They prove nothing.

And they have not produced any evidence that shows K&LW were threatening to LVD, nor have they refuted any of the evidence like selling the dog (why couldn't the dog go into hiding?), when did she meet Chad?, when did they plan on getting married?, why was she looking at wedding dresses/rings before Tammy died?. OMG we could just go on and on.....

The last comment from SS, where she says, "if anything happened it wasn't Lori" is really what makes me believe they are all playing dumb and going to try to pin the blame on someone else.

yeah, I’d love to know how it matters a hill of beans that ‘no question was off limits’, if the interview subjects are going to give random BS Melani-like responses to the questions AND not be pressed on them.

It looks like they are preserving their right to go after anyone who contributed to the defamation, they listed the defendants as Jarvis and Smith, Jane Does for their wives if they have them, John and Jane Does that might be involved, and any corporations or partnerships. It is somewhat typical to cast a wide net and then sort out later through discovery and court proceedings who is responsible for what in a civil matter like this. All MOO
