Yes! As I have said before I just don’t see him being able to carry this prelim. After Friday I believe Lori realizes he is inept. She will fire him and find a real defender attorney. He himself said he wasn’t the most seasoned criminal attorney. Who says this?! I believe chad and Lori realize her chances now to get out are gone and she will never be out again. The way she said that sounded like past tense, like she was recalling what she said to her husband at the time he informed her he was wearing a wire.

I think it’s true but it was just Lori and her brother and the two kids. Maybe Tylee had a friend come. They didn’t have have friends in the neighbourhood as they hadn’t been there long. MOO

Lori and the kids had only been in that house for 2 or 3 weeks but she and her family lived in that area most of Lori's life. She and Alex and others in the family have past addresses in the neighboring towns of Gilbert, San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, etc, all just a few minutes drive away. I think Melani B and Melanie G were nearby. Maybe even ZP.

Lori was always the main evil to me. I still blame her of-course ..... these are her babies and to allow anyone to even consider touching them is beyond reprehensible! Most mothers would put themselves in harms way to save their kids. She must have loved them before .... but her love for chad trumps all apparently. MOO

I find it fascinating that Idaho law will allow the prosecution to compel Chad to testify against Lori at the preliminary hearing in this case. However, I'm assuming Chad's counsel would have him invoke the 5th and refuse to testify on that ground. I recall that on at least one occasion he professed to know the kids were safe, implying some knowledge as to their whereabouts. I'm sure the authorities have a game plan and they very likely are tightening the noose with regard to the murder investigation. Nevertheless, I find myself wondering why they don't charge him with conspiracy to endanger the kids and use that as a pressure point against him. Whether or not those charges stick would not jeopardize the murder case and could potentially ratchet up the pressure via incarceration or having to post a substantial bond. I'd be interested as to any thoughts you astute observers may have in this regard.

Maybe they are just letting him blow up all of his money for the current useless attorney they have....cha ching, every nonsensical hearing where the attorney is blowing at least $250 an hour, if not more, plus travel costs, fees...briefs...he doesn't have an endless stream of money. All being spent on his wife, sitting in jail.

How long before he runs out? The government may very well be playing a long game here. And they have plenty of time, and an endless stream of attorneys.

It was registered to Charles Vallow. I don’t think Kay Woodcock ever got it.
As Alex allegedly used it later to do you know what...
It was a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Worth 40K or more if CV paid cash.
Did LVD sell it?
It did not look like she shipped it to HI.
I hope LE has followed up on that jeep vin number.

I believe that their end game is that there is no evidence of murder. And blame AC for any and all actions.

The government charges of "non support" was probably a surprise. I suspect that LVD real problem is the fact that both Tylee and JJ were receiving Social Security benefits. That is what really created the government issues, fraud. I believe that Lori had her children's birth certificates because she had set up a bank account for the direct deposit from Social Security, and needed the birth certificates as evidence of being a representative for the payments.

If the kids had not been receiving those benefits, the government would not have the actual evidence that LVD is NOT supporting her children. The fact that she was receiving the cash, is concrete evidence, and if there is no evidence of Tylee or JJ actually benefitting from that cash, she is committing fraud. Non support of children.

The government is interesting, people can fraud food stamps, Medicaid, whatever, but when there is fraud with cash they get nailed.

Nov 2019 – The Jeep involved in the shooting attempt on BB is located in Rexburg and seized with a search warrant from Gilbert PD. It is identified as a grey Jeep Wrangler with TX plates and as the vehicle that Tylee regularly drove and was registered to the late CV. (Affidavit of Probable Cause Doc).

1 Nov 2019 – A Gilbert PD detective begins intermittent surveillance of Lori while investigating the attempted murder/drive-by shooting at BB that took place Oct 2 in Gilbert, AZ. That detective reports that he never once saw JJ nor Tylee in the month of Nov. (Affidavit of Probable Cause Doc).

I've been wondering if this was something ingested days before, not the morning of. Apparently rat poison can cause toxicity up to two weeks after ingestion.
