I believe it has been said that Ammon is an important site in fringe LDS prophecy (IMO, MOO, JMO).

I also don’t know how my interpretation fits with the ‘Uncles’, because I thought the ‘Uncles’ were unbelieving meanie-means Charles and AdC.? Unless Ian, too, is confused.

I think the uncles he was referring to are Alex and Chad. MOO

As others have posted, I’m still curious about money. How is Chad paying monthly expenses? Did his publishing business just go kaput after the death of his wife? How are Melani and Ian paying their monthly expenses? All of the people above (and I’ll add Lori to this) have attorneys, either active (child custody cases) or on retainer (Chad). Add in all the travel and moving in the past year.

I am guessing that the members of this cult pay offerings or tithes to Chad, as someone would to their minister.

ETA: I still find it hard to believe anyone could be persuaded to “follow” Chad anywhere.

I know we don't need convincing that it was suspicious that Melani did not question not seeing the kids, but if you are the good mom she says Lori is, they are still part of your life, i.e., conversations about Tylee starting school, JJ's new class, what they are wanting for Christmas, getting new doctors for them, uniforms for school, and if she is running around with them there is the occasion she needs somebody to pick someone up here or there. Complaining about how much college books are...Tylee would need a laptop for school and I don't remember hearing she had one. Just all the minutiae that consumes a "good" mom's day that we cannot "hide."

This brought up a few thoughts for me.

First, she claims that Tylee was very social, and always hanging out with her friends. Then why is it that not one of these "friends" have come forward? Why is it that we can't even pinpoint when Tylee disappeared? You would think with all of these "supposed" friends that we would know exactly when she disappeared.

I am getting tired of MP, IP, and the Coxes keep saying they are going to tell the truth, and that the facts are on their side. I've listened to all of the interviews (so far), that MP, IP, and the Coxes have put out. You know what I haven't seen, is one actual fact. You know what else is missing, the actual truth. There is so much contradiction, it is beyond belief.

MP logic for the kids being safe is laughable. She deduces that there is no evidence that the kids have been harmed, therefore the kids must be safe. ROFLMAO Really, that is your reasoning.

You know what else that is missing, any evidence that they are actually alive? Not one shred of evidence. Do you know how hard it is to make 2 kids vanish without a trace, while keeping them alive? Compound that with JJ's needs, and Tylee being an independent teenager.

MP claims that the documents were seized illegally that IP's ex-wife found. In other words, she realized they needed to do damage control, and spin this to make it look like MP is innocent, rather than complicit in what is going on.

Then she conveniently uses CV and BB to blame all of the weird "cult stuff" on, inferring that they were the ones that made all of this up. Claiming these are "false claims", to bad that CV is dead and can't defend himself. Also, never mind that BB is hiding in fear of his life.

By the way, she wants you to completely ignore the following, among other things:

- All of Chad Daybells books, podcasts, or any public teachings of his.
- Also conveniently ignore all of the documents that CD sent to LVD, including the light/dark kids, meeting up while CV was still alive.
- Also, conveniently ignore that CV may have already recorded LVD insane ramblings, and had already shared this with several people (including Kay)
- Ignore that LVD had ordered their wedding rings via Amazon, while CD wife was still alive and kicking.
- Forget that BB had been shot at, and had claimed that it was Alex that shot at him. She implies in another interview that there was no substance to his "story". Evidently the broken glass, and the actual bullet hole is just a figment of our imaginations. I guess that is what she means by telling the truth and providing us facts. lol

She keeps saying that CD is such a humble guy. Seriously? You want to demonize Charles (who was shot and killed in cold blood), then turn around and claim that CD is such a wonderful person.

The interviewer asks her: Have you ever had conversations with Chad about the children?

Melani: I don't believe I have.

Which is it Melani? Either you did or you didn't. She isn't even sure, how do you forget having that conversation.

I see where their strategy is going though. Twist the truth on it's head, and blame all the dead people, and throw their ex's under the bus while they're at it.

Their version of truth is deflecting. They are basically twisting everything up. Chad is probably the one that spent months figuring out how to spin doctor this too, I think he may be the mastermind behind all of this. That is why we haven't heard from any of them for months, until now. You need time to sell your BS to the world, and make it convincing.

Great points! Another thing about her saying Tylee is so social, um, but hasn’t posted anything on social media!?!?! For her to be so social, she would’ve left a trail from friends to the internet! Yet there’s been nothing for almost 8 months? Yea, I’m not believing a damn word of it! MOO

The transcript is different from what was actually said - MP actually said "Papers that Charles initially started filing making all sorts of false claims" (see 25:50 in video). So IMO it's quite different from what transcript says. She is not acknowledging that the beliefs that Charles accused Lori of were false, rather that Charles was making false statements. JMO

ETA : I would like to add that MP's statement that "the beliefs that everyone talks about come from CV's divorce statement" is false in itself. She also "proves" that by arguing that because LV and CD never came forward and said those explicitly, CV basically lied in divorce statement. We now see that CV got those beliefs from LV's and CD's emails, so it's not that he made them up.

So Melani claims. For all we know, CV never talked to Melani at all, and this is just her way of CYA.

From what we know is that the dark/light papers were leaked by the media, I was under the assumption that these documents would have been found on CD computer, then sent to LVD via CV's computer. From what I recall, there was never any clarification of where these documents had originated from (of course I might have missed this).

We only have Melani's word that CV found out about these papers, because it fits the narrative of all the crazy stuff that LVD was saying to Charles. For all we know, CV never found or saw these papers. This is a straight up smear campaign against Charles, and by extension Kay (and brothers). Since Kay has already confirmed that CV shared with her the threats LVD had made to him.

What'll be interesting, is how they will spin doctor this on how they actually got on CD's computer in the first place? How are they going to explain that away? Evil spirits? BB snuck into CD house and planted them? They had a hacker make it look like it was CD computer?

I noticed that last week and commented about that.

She totally avoids answering that question-- Did you ask Lori where the kids are.

The way she nonchalantly tries to explain the document found on ians computer as ian just jotting down rumours " other people briefly told her" The document started out like an extremely detailed and specific manual. its not even possible to remember all of those things in such detail from a conversation, or even to relay all of those details to somebody in such specific detail. She must have had some kind of document of her own that she got from chad or lori with all the details that she was showing or gave a copy to ian imo.

I have a very good imagination, and on my best days, I couldn't even compete with any of the insanity found in this document. How stupid does Melani think people are?

Does she think they are gullible enough, to actually believe that this is just her "imagination running wild", and that IP was just documenting this to protect her? ROFLMAO

Well she just might believe that, since I think that is exactly what happened to her.

See if any of this sounds familiar, in regards to Melani:
-Extreme negative views toward the parent, including denying past positive experiences, and lack of investment or interest in improving the relationship.
- Frivolous or absurd reasons for hurt and anger with the parent.
- Seeing one parent as all good and the other as all bad.

I thought I saw someone saying that when Melani was explaining her quickie Vegas marriage, she was also blathering on about how she and Ian still hoped to be married in a temple ceremony.

Lori’s friend April also said that she and Lori attended the same temple long enough to become friends.

I caution against making the mistake of assuming that because Lori et. al. are not acting like ‘real devout LDS’,; that this means these people don’t fully BELIEVE they are good devout LDS.

They are certainly acting outside of what would be considered normal within the LDS community, in general. I would not doubt that they see themselves as devout active LDS members.

There were plenty of opportunities for Melanie to pick up the phone and call Granny Janis or Summer and ask "Hey have you or anyone in the fam seen Lori's kids? Who's watching them while she's on this planned trip to Kauai?" Or to walk next door and ask Alex "Hey, I haven't seen Lori's kids since I arrived. When did you last see them?"

I think I'm having a lot of difficulty with this, because Melani's subtext has got to be: "Just because a mother hasn't seen her children for months and months doesn't mean she's not an amazing mother."

Maybe she thinks just because she gave birth to her kids, this automatically makes her a good mother. This article proves the point well:

I really have to believe that there are third parties involved in supporting these players based on their lack of resources. It would also fill in a lot of holes in this improbable story. It could be family (which don't seem to pay taxes) or some other supportive group. JMO

I also think this story is much broader and more widespread and involving far more people than have been identified. I think there are some rich people involved who may be funding things. They can't bail Lori out because they don't want to be traced. No conspiracies or secret societies, just groups we already know about and talk about openly on here. I just think there are many more people involved than we think.

One of the things I've noticed about these interviews from MP is that, in her answers, we frequently get a declaration followed by a bunch of jabber to change the narrative and dismiss the threat to her associated with what she made a declaration about. In the following short excerpt from the 12 News interview of MP and IP (occurring at around the 21:00 minute mark in the video), the declaration is bolded, the jabber to dismiss the threat in italics.

But what was MOST interesting to me were the very quick expressions MP displayed immediately after (in parenthesis).


ES: Melani – sitting here, hearing this. A lot of it is uncomfortable. How do you guys move through this?

MP: I think this entire case in uncomfortable. . .

. . . I don’t hold any resentment for what Ian did. I know he acted in fear and it was a scary time for all of us. But the bottom line was he was trying to protect us. This entire document that was uh… illegally obtained by somebody to just try to hurt – this is old news. This is something Ian put together to protect us, because when he went in with Natalie with all these ideas, that turned this entire investigation into a frenzy, this document was put together to give to our lawyers of... you know, uh, this is what he went in with. You know, now we have to expla… explain this um, to the fullness of truth that… that it is. In its entirety, if you read the entire thing, it ends up you know, there weren’t any facts to this. These were fears, these were worries. I didn’t know my fears and worries were being recorded. It absolutely was, you know, I went through feeling shock and hurt, it was something but when it comes down to it, I know who Ian was. It’s something we had to work through, it’s something that’s extremely hard. Our goal now is to just to try to make right of that situation and move forward and keep exposing truth.”

IMO, MP is beginning to like the duping.
