I've been accused of putting forth wild hypotheses but usually only because they are not consistent with teh echo chamber here. So here is a wild hypothesis...

Maybe AC was supposed to kill CV in a car wreck somewhere on his way back to Gilbert in January 2019. When it did not happen, Lori left, stayed with AC and that's what led to the "disgraced the family" fight in the street. Then Lori gives him a second chance, goes to Hawaii and tells April she thinks CV is going to die (i. e., AC has been assigned to kill him while she is in Hawaii).

I know everyone here wants AC to be a killer. But reports from people who knew him say he was a gentle soul and not a killer. There was a poster here who knew him from the Phoenix comedy circuit but I think she left because of all the disparagement of AC. MG also said be was kind and pious.

Gentle soul??? Kind??? I don’t care how often or how loudly that family denies it, IMO Alex was the family hit man. People also say Lori is a great mom. It doesn’t make it true. Alex tased JR and killed CV, almost certainly while acting on instructions from Lori. There is plenty to suggest he was involved in the children’s’ disappearance, the attempted murder of BB and who knows what else. That’s some kind soul.

As if there aren't enough weird things surrounding this cast of characters, one thing I've never been able to wrap my head around is, if LVD and CD were sealed (if I'm using the term correctly) in some previous life/lives or even this one, and the world is going to end in a month and a half anyway, why did they bother getting married?

I can see three potential reasons:

1. To fulfill a longheld fantasy ("quarterback" marries "cheerleader");
2. To secure the other partner (because it worked so great for each of THEIR former spouses);
3. To prevent each from having to testify against the other.

Chad was probably as surprised as anyone to see his name turn up on the "potential prosecution witnesses" list.

But, I think you're right that the four states include Utah, since TD was buried and exhumed there. So, the four states are likely AZ, ID, UT, and HI (where Lori was arrested and extradited).

Tammy's death was really for her own good, she had a mission to fulfill on the other side.

Had these two been allowed to continue to function freely, there is no telling who else would have died. Dangerous doctrine is an understatement.

Can I ask for opinions as to why Chad has not been arrested?

It was turned over to the Idaho AG in April, I'm sure they are still working on it.

She’s preparing to be called as a witness at Lori’s preliminary hearing in July and will see her friend face to face again. She also has a heartfelt message to Lori, who Gibb says holds so much information about this puzzling case that has devastated many lives.

IMO Lori knew all along that Chad and his spiel weren’t exactly “the right things” but it validated her agenda so she embraced it.

No doubt they will say she is untruthful, I'll be on the edge of my seat to see if they offer any comments. BTW, did Lori's family know MG would be speaking out? Just wondering if their media junket was coincidental?

But the core of their belief system, which is what their criminal behavior revolves around, has at this point been articulated by four separate, independent parties: CV through his divorce documents and what he told KW; the information found on IPs computer from what Melani told him; MG's in-depth interview; and the emails between Chad and Lori themselves. How can anyone possibly deny that they really did espouse these beliefs about people being zombies that were in the way and needed to be killed?
Edit to clarify: Not necessarily believe the ideas, but certainly used them to justify their actions to get what they wanted. I'm still on the fence like so many others whether they truly believe it.

Spite. She did not want Kay to have the money and JJ. That was what she had wanted. She would lose the SS money for both Tylee (at age 17) and JJ ( if he went to Kay ). The kids being killed and Tammy's life insurance was clearly Plan B. MOO.

I think it’s also possible that JJ witnessed more than he should have on the day CV was shot and killed...LV would have a hard time controlling what JJ may have potentially told Kay..

Wondering why Chad and Lori would have to video chat while she was in jail, couldn’t they just communicate spiritually?? They are so full of lies and BS, they make me sick..

I havent had a chance to watch the newer interview from today and just wanted to mention something that struck me from yesterday's interview part.

She definitely is struggling still with her relationship with Lori and Chad. There were a few points in the interview that she came across as "ministering" or "preaching" and so she definitely has a strong religious belief system.

I just hope she understands that if anyone breaks the law of the land (not religious rules or laws), it can have severe consequences and is totally independent than any belief system.

Having strong religious views does not give anyone a free ticket to break the law of the land. Somewhere along the line, Lori and Chad did not think it mattered and they held their religious views above regular laws. I am afraid a few of them that were sucked up into Chad's clan started to think it gave them some sort of permission to be above the law of the land.

That sort of view is what I think has made a few of them be anti-LE. They seem to think LE is the enemy.

Nor Charles, who had at least a beginning of an idea what he was dealing with but who, in my opinion, stayed to protect the kids as best he could even when they chose not to accept his protection (as TR seemed to do when she sided with LV in association with the purse stealing report to LE).

Bingo! This is evidence that they don't actually believe their own doctrine of past lives and sealings. If they truly believed they had been married to each other before, whether in a past life (e.g. as James the Just and Elena) or in this life in some secret temple sealing officiated by beings from the other side of the veil, then they would legitimately believe they were already husband and wife and were authorized to act in that capacity. However, since their actions tell a completely different story, that they felt the need to have an official wedding on the beach in Hawaii in order to legitimize their marriage, this means they both knew deep down that any supposed previous sealings were fake and not real. They knew that they were pretending all along and so in order to ease their conscience and psyche they had to get a real marriage. JMO.
