Interesting perspective. Given that two minor children are missing and it is unknown where they are or what has happened to them, I wonder if LE (and future prosecutors) have decided that, in the interest of finding those two kids, the tradeoff of drawing others out who may know things that could help get those answers about where they are/what happened to them is the greater good here.
This this this x 1000 likes!!
This is my point entirely however I have been reluctant to say what you have articulated because the last time I did so, I was bashed. From memory it MAY (not 100% ) have been the Michael JONES case where he murdered his 5 children and his wife who had been with him in person during the hours/days that his children were in his presence and she did a podcast type interview plus another official interview after he was arrested and charged with their murder and I said then the exact same as what you say here on this thread yet people were too greedy for the salacious details to think about the consequences and trial implications, even when i respectfully pointed it out, as you have done, they had their excuses as to why she should give the interview and all the details etc
It sickened me because that could make a trial collapse! nb it was not a WS forum btw

Of course the whole world is against Lori, because she's a translated being and so important. After MG's interview I think a suicide pact might not be off the table if things become too desperate for her and Chad.
It has been taught for so long (decades, nearly 130+ years) about the tent cities, etc. that it has become a calling card of sorts.. Oh this person is talking about the visionary end times.. let's see what they have to add that we don't know.. And then they get sucked in to more fringy stuff, then possibly super dangerous stuff like Chad's nonsense.
Dreams and Visions of the Last Days, Special Edition

I know...all the Revelations stuff in both religious and non-religious sects. Did you listen to it? It was long but he was definitely in a room of content listeners... He met up with joseph Smith and Brigham Young, and he was saying who all these world countries were that were going to be hurting the US of A. he was threatening that all was going to break loose at the end of 2016 (because of Obama)., and then the bigger stuff was going to happen. He was saying some of those 12 apostles at the top of the LDS heirarchy were sketchy, as well as an LDS politician or two. But he was just soooooo smooth and so easy to listen to. But he also discussed what a fabulous contractor he was in CA.... but he got accused of doing bad things with drug dealers or something...and all this ruined his stellar career. I just heard Chad all over again... a loser getting his glory after he couln't make it in the real world... And everything was intermixed with all this LDS stuff that sounded so legitimate. There was no question in my mind that all these people listening were absolutely believing he was coming directly from real LDS teachings.... I still cannot get over how smooth and humble he was. Terrific actor.

Tammy's death was really for her own good, she had a mission to fulfill on the other side.

Had these two been allowed to continue to function freely, there is no telling who else would have died. Dangerous doctrine is an understatement.

Can I ask for opinions as to why Chad has not been arrested?
Good point...if these two had been allowed to continue to function.... Since they really did believe that these earthquakes were going to hide whatever they were doing.... I am really thinking there would have been a killing spree...

I didn't have much patience with MG's overused answer of " I thought, hmm, well that's different" or "Hmm, that's unusual" when asked by Nate about the whacked-out beliefs of Chad and Lori when they were exposing MG to them. Just no. Not different. Not unusual. Bat **** crazy.

Edit: spelling

Reminded me of Enid Strict. I kept wondering if Nate would eventually ask, "well... isn't that special?"

Not sure if this has been posted... just a little synopsis of the long interview with Melanie..
takeaways?
1. As with the very first sentence of part one... melanie IS concerned about what people will thinkg about Melanie.
2. Nate is a bit in love. Thats ok, for now.

What if? Just out of the box for a moment, what if her choking up is because she has at one time envisioned herself in that place?
Then she really is just another sociopath like Lori and Chad IMO

Glad you brought this up!

I’m hoping tomorrow’s interview with MG will discuss Tammy. I know we all want to know where those beautiful kids are, but I think Tammy should be remembered also.

Sometimes it seems as though Tammy gets lost in this, and she needs a voice, IMO.
Unless there are certain things that MG can’t legally discuss in this interview, I do hope she answers questions about Tammy’s untimely death. I have no doubt she was told that Chad’s wife was also a zombie.

IMO, I do think MG was brainwashed to some extent. Do I think she could’ve possibly reported this sooner? Absolutely, but I’m glad she came forward when she did and is brave enough to share her story. MOO

I do think it was interesting at the end, when Nate asked what do you want to say to Lori. She went on and on, but never stated, Lori, tell everyone where the kids are. She didn't mention them at all.

I’m wondering if Lori was subconsciously giving MG a clue as to where the children are when she told her to tell the police you took JJ to “Frozen 2”??

After watching the three interviews with Melanie, I am left...angry. I don’t care what her beliefs are at this time. I don’t care that she loves Lori and Chad or that she STILL believes Chad is a prophet (which is what a visionary is). I don’t care that she is concerned about Lori sitting in jail and will never have what she so desired (Chad).

I care about Charles and JJ and Tylee and Tammy. Her concern in all three interviews was how SHE is being portrayed and how she cares that Lori sits in jail.

And Chad is a nice guy? Come on MG! He and Lori murdered four people, or gave the orders for the murders. They may have killed Alex and certainly tried to kill BB.

She talks about how she wants them to repent so they may be forgiven. She may even have shed one tear at the end when discussing Lori. But nowhere in her interview, I mean nowhere, does she cry for the dead. It’s as though they are gone now, so what?

MG wants the world to see her as a true believer who loves everyone. Did she love Charles? He was murdered and she knew it. Did she love Tammy? She knew she was murdered. Did she love Tylee or JJ? She knows they were murdered. She doesn’t even have the courage of her beliefs to have stood up to Lori and tell her she was breaking her vows to Charles by sleeping with Chad.

I believe MG enjoyed being Lori’s confidant. She liked hearing about them having sex and their passion and she smiled during the last interview when Nate asked her what drew Lori to Chad. Was it money...sex...lust? She smiled. She knew. But no, she wasn’t going to say it. Holier than thou, MG?

Last line deleted by me. I’m pretty angry.

Regardless of how or why it all started, what is their end game? The eyes of thousands of people and multiple law enforcement agencies are on them. Their lives will never be the same no matter the outcome. I think whether there are more charges or not, Chad & Lori will hold out until the July end of the world. (Even if anyone is not charged with murder, it would be well past July before there is a conclusion.) When that date comes and goes, one of them will look at the other and go, "What now?" and probably start pointing fingers and making deals. JMO
We all hope so.

It is weird, but I'm thinking of a possible reason she might feel this way. MG believes in life after death and that Jesus Christ has atoned for any injustice that happens in this world. She may be thinking that since JJ and Tylee were unjustly acted upon, they will receive a form of justice in the afterlife. Lori on the other hand has made wrong choices which she is accountable for, so MG is sad to see Lori "fall from grace" or be deceived by Satan.

MOO, JMO, I'm not saying I agree with this view, just that this is one possible lens through which MG is viewing everything.
And where are the tears for Charles and Tammy? What about BB almost being killed? No tears for him having to go in hiding?

BBM-- I noticed that too.
I kept waiting for her to say to Lori to just tell us where the children are.
But she did not say that.

I understand some of the frustration with Melanie’s interview but keep in mind, she might not have talked specifics about Tylee and JJ because, just possibly, LE asked her not to.

Bingo! This is evidence that they don't actually believe their own doctrine of past lives and sealings. If they truly believed they had been married to each other before, whether in a past life (e.g. as James the Just and Elena) or in this life in some secret temple sealing officiated by beings from the other side of the veil, then they would legitimately believe they were already husband and wife and were authorized to act in that capacity. However, since their actions tell a completely different story, that they felt the need to have an official wedding on the beach in Hawaii in order to legitimize their marriage, this means they both knew deep down that any supposed previous sealings were fake and not real. They knew that they were pretending all along and so in order to ease their conscience and psyche they had to get a real marriage. JMO.

Given their beliefs that the huge earthquake of 2019 was going to create massive destruction... I am back to believing that the marriages of Melani and Ian, and Zulema and Alex were rushed...

I thought in part 1 she said she was going to get into the meanings of zombie and dark, and explain the difference. Did I imagine that?

I will play it back to check, if no one else remembers her saying that.
yes..she definitely stated that we will talk about zombies later.... I believe she did, but not with clarity or definition.

It might have been a lie. Clearly Lori and Chad have no qualms about lying. But do you think neighbors would have noticed a large gathering at the townhouse? All jmo

interesting...maybe it WAS a lie about the cookies. Melanie made such a big deal about Ian's kids loving to meet Melanie, maybe Lori was trying to fabricate the same. Anyone know about divorce??? This just does not happen...

I certainly hope that's the case.

My mind just doesn't hold on to those concerns about Melanie when I'm imagining how painful and difficult it will be for Kay and Larry to live with missing JJ and Charles for the rest of their lives. How painful and difficult for JJ; for Tylee; for Charles and for Tammy to endure what we know they must have endured. JMO

Those two children deserved a life well lived. I think of each, and how they could be living and enjoying our crazy world these days... strong willed Tylee living life, cool beloved JJ loving life.
Destroyers of that living of life must be held accountable.

Alex's wife's responsibility in the group was to prepare earthquakes. She failed, so it must be partly her fault that Lori is in jail. I wonder what she's up to now?

What did I miss...?? How do we know this??
