I’m not entirely sure this is relevant, but this is another event from the Sept ‘19 timeline that I haven’t seen mentioned. This would place CD in Utah on the Thursday before MG’s weekend in Rexburg visit and his flight to AZ, if I’m not mistaken. (Francis is a small town in Summit County, Utah.)
When the story first broke in December and I looked up CD’s name (I had never heard of him), this popped up on my search because a friend of mine in the area had posted an invitation for anyone to attend. (I have no idea if the event actually took place, as I did not attend, but it was posted on 9/17/19; so the actual day of the event.)
Edited to change full name to initials and add MOO. (Rookie mistakes.)
SPRINGVILLE SIBLINGS DIG IN TO GET GOOD EDUCATION
I know the various Daybell brothers all worked in turn at Springville Cemetery as they attended college, but were any still working there in the fall of 2019? Also curious how good the controls are at those cemeteries - like are access codes or keys to the properties changed after employees leave? Or, do they just rely on the honor system to prevent former employees from accessing their properties without reasonable cause.
This is awful to even contemplate, but there were ten deceased who died between 9/5/19 and 9/19/19 and who were subsequently interred at Springville and Evergreen cemeteries. There were another nine deceased who died from 9/20/19 through 10/2/19 and who were subsequently interred there. Most of the deceased were late middle aged to elderly, but there were three minor children. Occasionally, it appears from looking at the cemetery site's search page that permission for burial of a deceased was granted by family members by telephone.
