You know what? I TOTALLY respect that , because you're being transparent about why you believe it! I'm only taking issue with or taking the time to debate those who are contradicting the ME's report with cherry-picked WebMD facts We can all agree that the timing of AxC's death is highly suspicious. Darn few are qualified to dispute the ME's finding without a lot more actual evidence than we have access to.

It was discussed a few days ago that toxicology basically needs to know what it is looking for when it comes to an unknown poison. I, personally, was not disputing the ME report at all, but I am unsure if the ME knew of a substance to screen for at the time.

The timing of AC's death was just too convenient. I have even wondered if additional information might have been withheld from the public in that initial report, or that something could show up if a toxin in another one of the victims is found to screen for.

While perfectly legitimate that the immediate cause of death was pulmonary thrombosis, the report does not explain what caused the pulmonary thrombosis. (This is similar to the controversy on how to list recent deaths from Covid-19 when there was a different immediate cause of death, for example, was it Covid-19 or a stroke that caused the death?)

Guess who I saw today while at the bank?

Mark Means and a second lawyer (not Prior ) leaving the women’s detention center together around lunch time. Idk if the second lawyer was a consult or someone to help means navigate things or if it was a mere coincidence to see Means with a second lawyer who happened to be there for another client.

I should have given better clarification. The bank I was at is right across the street from the entrance to the women’s center.

I have a bit of an issue with her.
While I appreciate her interview with Nate Eaton and telling some things that are important to the case, I am appalled that it took her 11 days to go to LE with the TRUTH.
I mean, I get trying to come to grips with something and think about things before speaking, but maybe a day or so.. not 11 days.
IDK....I am on the fence with her.

I am even more appalled that she didn’t go to her friend, Lori, with hard core facts that she was committing adultery. MG acts so pious and religious yet her friend was deceiving everyone and she knew about it and just enjoyed her company. What the crap is that?

How do we know the Jeep was confiscated at the time of Brandon's shooting? I know no such thing. As far as I know, Jeep was confiscated from Rexburg, Idaho.

Maybe it wasn't from the Jeep and maybe a different car. JMO

True-- maybe it wasn't from the Jeep
But it is just too coincidental IMO
Witness said tire missing, then we see a tire being wheeled into the storage unit, along with a back seat.
No proof that it came from the jeep, but I am sure LE knows for sure.

and YES, I am certainly not qualified to dispute the ME finding at all.
It is just my gut feeling and the circumstances surrounding the time frame and everything we know and suspect about this case.

That's the whole question? IMO what was the cause? If someone had a clotting disorder as we are/were told that AC has or had would it show up in autopsy? Yes and No depends on what clotting disorder he had? The only thing we know is what the ME has given in Autopsy report...
So if in fact he did have a clotting disorder what was the clotting disorder? I agree the report does not explain what caused the pulmonary thrombosis? IMO there are just to many unanswered questions regarding his death.... I mean TD body was exhumed 12/11/2019 and then AC death 12/12/2019.... this is all JMO

From the affidavit of probable cause re: Idaho v Lori from Rexburg PD.

8. The vehicle mentioned in paragraph of this Affidavit is 2018, grey Jeep Wrangler, bearing Texas license plate no. LWD0997. Said vehicle is registered to Charles Vallow, who is the deceased husband of Lori Vallow. (Lori Vallow and Charles Vallow were in the process of getting divorce when Charles Vallow died.) The Gilbert Police Depanment was interested in this vehicle because it had been identified in an attempted shooting of Brandon Boudreaux in Gilbert Arizona on October 2, 201 9. Brandon had previously been married to Lori Vallow’s niece, Melanie Boudreaux. At the time ofhis attempted shooting, Brandon witnessed the Jeep (which he recognized as being the same vehicle that T.R. regularly drove.) Brandon observed rifle with silencer come out of the rear window of the Jeep and then Brandon’s vehicle was shot once in the front driver’s doorframe. As Brandon drove away, the Jeep followed, but eventually turned different direction. This same Jeep observed by Brandon was seized pursuant to search warrant in November of 2019 in Rexburg, Idaho. It is significant that the vehicle T.R. reportedly regularly drove was still in Rexburg nearly two months after the last known sighting of T.R.

I always think of Foxfire in major cases like this. He was a wealth of information. I really appreciated his knowledge when it came to crime scenes and human remains.

ITA. I thought the acknowledgement of adultery really shined a light here on all parties involved. IMO of all the Biblical sins, this one seems to be the most easily accepted and forgiven, even though it hurts and scars so many others besides the spouse and creates a ripple effect for generations.

It was a shock when he passed away

Read through the lens of speculation from this forum, the book is *full* of ~interesting and ~ironic quotes, too. About the tormented soul of a man who killed his wife. About cremation not fully incinerating bones and teeth. About baby bodies haunting him. About bodies deserving to rest in peace and never be moved/reburied.

I was looking for the question someone asked as to what happened to the vehicles owned by all the players, especially CV.
