Well, I think we all noted that he didn't respond to the judge correctly, and he didn't seem engaged with the process (another posted above that he may have been in shock and the penny had dropped that he was in big doo doo). However, no matter how shocked someone is, they dont forget good manners!! Dare I say it, he seemed zombie like

So how did the FBI miss the bodies in the January search of the Daybell property? They stated the search was in relation to the missing children. They also referred to the property as an active crime scene.

I believe the ground scanners work in frozen ground. They were outside raking the snow around the house. Does a warrant specify where on the property they can search?

You've got me wondering now if LE did have something back in January, but just had to wait for the ground to thaw. If I was CD, I would have been a wreck over the last 5 months waiting for LE to return.

Again, thinking back to Chad's initial court appearance, and his attorney arguing that CD is not a flight risk, says that CD's intention was THROUGH HIS COUNSEL TO TURN HIMSELF INTO THE COURT IF THAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN.

Not sure if his attorney is using specific language here, but it does sound to me that he and this present attorney had discussed the possibility of charges being brought against Chad and a possible arrest - "if that was going to happen".

JMO, sounds like they knew this was a real possibility they knew something in advance of the latest search warrant.

Melani's words disgust me. Yeah, she is indeed horrible on live TV. Also horrible in her shallowness, hypocrisy and lies.

It is a weak attempt at some mind control or gaslighting in my opinion. You are all just confused. It will be cleared up later. Accusing the public/LE being into drama and using the word confusion to cloud what is known to be truth. It's odd to me that she made a statement at all. Can Lori still be talking to her? Why draw more attention to yourself when you are most likely a suspect in some criminal activity? Is she asking to be on tv again...she says she didn't like it but seemed to be willing.

I believe that MP could still be making phone calls to Lori, but of course they are all recorded. But yeah, I think it very likely that they have spoken to each other since Lori's arrest.

Below is a screen grab from the video. The three ladies on the right look familiar and the room appears to be Lori's kitchen. Maybe this was taken when Chad stayed in Lori's house in 2018.

from right to left...ZP, MG, LV, maybe Tylee (though would think that Lori would have sent her to a friends house)... not sure of the others or who took the pik... time for someone to come out.
btw. Annie Cushing has confirmed this was CV house at the end of 2018.

I think Melanie Gibb had indicated a "friend of hers" and "a friend of Lori's was there....

Something has been bothering me for awhile and I couldn't pinpoint it until this morning as I was re-reading IP's notes to LE and I think there is another reference to it but I am still looking.
In IP's notes to his Ex-wife, NP, he states, her (meaning MP) UNCLES (plural) have her so wrapped up.
So, I know AxC would be one of the Uncles mentioned but do we maybe have another player hiding behind the scenes as in maybe LVD and AxC other brother, AdC ??
Uncles (again plural) is mentioned elsewhere also.
I know we can't bring his info here but this has been bothering me since I heard / read these reports.

Yes, I remember hearing about the Cox brother, but my take was that he was on the side of BB. The uncles who have MP so wrapped up I believe are CD and AC. But there is another uncle/brother of Lori's who does not appear to be part of CD's group.

What I'm trying to figure out is why they wheeled in the tire and the car seat into the storage unit, vs. just putting into the 3 garages they had for a short time period?

Didn't MP, AC and LV all live in the same complex/place where they had garages to put stuff in short term?

That is a good question. Had they not done that, we would not have the video. Now I'm wondering if there were any video cameras in the garage.

I agree. IMO, to even begin to comprehend the truth, MBP would have unwind her life all the way back to when she was a 15 year old in high school who - entertaining fantasies about a mother and that mother's extended family she never had - resumed contact with the Cox family behind her father's back. And, she'd need to ask herself why not just her father, but a court had separated her from her mother and the entire Cox family for her own well-being. IMO, her maturity is arrested at the age at which she did that.

This hellhouse of smoke and mirrors that MBP is currently trapped in is exactly what her father and that court was trying to keep her out of. MOO.

And this goes back to the questions surrounding the death of MP's mother, Stacey. She was too young to have died IMO even if she was a severe diabetic. I have my doubts that MP knows what the circumstances of Stacey's death really were. Probably too long ago to investigate now, but with everything else taken into consideration, seems so suspicious to me. JMO

There is some MSM mention of CV contacting AdC that implies that AdC had tried to intervene when CV first brought up her potential mental health issues. I believe this was covered in news that printed the text of an email CV sent AdC when he began fearing for his life.

So when I saw "uncles have her so wrapped up" I took it to mean that Adam and Alex have her conflicted and confused about Lori, as in an emotional tug of war, with her uncles being on opposite ends of the rope, regarding Lori.

We have real ones living in my neighborhood. One tried to pick up our chiweenie. Talons skewered his innards, and we had to put him down. Poor little guy.

It worked for me for the pigeon problem on my balcony in NYC. The fake owl kept them away.

I have been following this since day one and read every thread so I apologize if this has been gone over. But you know, this is such a maze and so many rabbit holes! Have we confirmed any of the following:
1) Who was living in Tammy's house at the time she died? Just she and Chad?
2) Who was there the night before she died when she was supposedly fine?
3) Who was there when Chad "woke up and discovered her dead?"
4) Did he call 911 first? If not, who did he call first? Who did he call after?
5) Any indication of how long she had been dead?

There are a ton of court docs on it. She was afraid to eat, sounds like she had ocd as well, along with diabetic. Search the thread for docs. MP said she had seen the docs in her interview as well.

Probably. If so, I'm sure he'd have heard about the search and what was being confiscated while it was going on. Hope it ruined his day.

Those are two different things that you are speaking to MOO.

The context was a possible explanation to TD (or anyone else in the house) for why he was outside digging. The "hitting" part is sort of irrelevant. You will find dead animals on your property, if you live in a rural area. It's just nature. It would be a plausible cover story in that moment, with a family member.
