I guess the only thing that surprises me is that police didn't dig in Chad's backyard much sooner. If they had all this info from AC's cell phone, why wait so long?

Of course AC is dead from natural causes so he can't be arrested. Well, that really sucks.

If he has any assets at all , his estate should be sued to the hilt!

And what does his new wife know? I’d be throwing up in my mouth if I were her and innocent.

My impression of AC is that he wasn't well off. He worked as a truck driver. Unless he had life insurance, which we haven't heard of.

Chad and Lori and Alex are so very monstrously wicked.

It sounds like Alex was casing Tammy. Then he transported bodies to places already set up by Chad.

Tylee growing up is so horrid she is a zombie for daring to do so, and JJ becoming more functional is also seen as a great betrayal and a sign he is evil.

How many times did you as a kid get up on counters to get something out of a cupboard early in the morning with TV? Only to her this is a terrible thing to do. Worthy of a death sentence.

Refer to #32 - top layer of sod was removed. FBI found several flat rocks and beneath those were two pieces of flat paneling. Under paneling was round object in black plastic. #fox10phoenix

*Graphic details* FBI ERT smelled strong odor from object in the plastic. They discovered what appeared to be human remains, crown of head with light brown hair. Investigators then found body wrapped in plastic, secured w/ duct tape. #fox10phoenix

I don't think so - the "body" includes the head but they saw the head first when opening the plastic.

MOO this is actually a lengthy process. They have to get a warrant for the cell data, the company has to pour through their data and provide it to LE, then for whatever reason, going through that data is also difficult. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So Chad claimed he killed a big raccoon and buried it in the pet cemetery. So that's how he explained it to Tammy.
