In the past, when I lived on a few acres, we used to burn a whole field of weeds every summer. Fairly common in this part of Idaho.

If I had to guess, I would assume he was always burning a bunch of branches, and weeds with it, maybe threw in some trash too, to throw off the scent even more.

Typically, most neighbors avoid even trying to smell it, and if they do unless they know what human remains smell like, they could easily mistake it for a noxious odor.

The neighbours have said the opposite though, that they don't recall bonfires beforehand. I am wondering when Tammy and Chad bought the pumpkins from the neighbours now because she died 12 days before Halloween.

I have been curious to what extent Lori has actually been protecting Alex along the way. If so, her lawyer must be going crazy. If she was smart enough to figure out that the bodies would be found, then Means is already working the defense with Alex the scapegoat.

Unless something's radically changed, I seriously doubt she would be protecting Alex. She was very vocal about his assault on Joe and wasn't one bit reticent to say that she really wanted Alex to kill him. She would want to (find a way to) throw him under the bus.

Lori told the nanny that Tylee wants to be paid for babysitting JJ. Lori could have paid Tylee with the money she was probably collecting on behalf of Tylee! Instead she is labeled a zombie.

On the zombie theory when did this terminology come to be used. How did leveled dark spirits turn into zombies? Is this a Lori term or did it come from Chad? The earliest I have seen is spring of 2019. Has anyone seen mention of it before that?

That is clearly a lie about Tylee wanting money for babysitting. Tylee was dead by the time she got the babysitter, so she was even lying about that knowing her daughter was dead. Despicable they can even call themselves religious.

Since we now learned the kids were buried in September its leads me to wonder why did Chad send Tammy off to her parents in Oct. I thought the Oct time was when he buried them, how very bold of Chad to do it when she was at work. This also blows my theory that Alex/Lori kept the kids possibly in a freezer till this time.
Why did Chad send Tammy away, what was he up to while she was gone? Jmo

While reading your post I started thinking about how we learned that Tammy was ‘sent’ to her parents by Chad. Wasn’t it because he posted about it on his website or something like that? We know Chad lies, and now the information we have implies that Tammy May have been less than enamored with Chad at the time. What if he didn’t send her anywhere? What if she went on her own to get away from him because she felt something was off? I’d imagine he was emboldened after what he had been carrying out for the last few years and especially the last month. I can imagine his self-righteousness must have been unbearable.

I think they mean at the time they pulled out the whole plastic bag covered item and they cut a small hole in the plastic, which they described as a different colour to that covering the body, he knew they had found JJ and tried to run. Can you imagine him sitting watching it even? This guy is cold. No sense, no feeling.

I am glad JJV was wrapped up in plastic. It is going to help LE no end.

Unless they wore gloves and full noddy body suits when putting him in it they are going to have caught fingerprints hair skin and more in the plastic wrapping like carpet fibers.

They are also going to have preserved JJ to a higher level. Everything within the wrapping was on him at the time he was murdered or just afterwards.

Its actually a real win for LE.

If they were garbage bags, LE can match the roll markings with the rest of the batch in ZombieGang's possession.

Is it okay with TOS to refer to the cluster of three—AC, LCD, CD—as Zombie Gang? If not, can we come up with something else to refer to all three? Right now, we know 2 or more are potentially implicated in crimes, but we might not know exactly which two. For instance, all 3 might be involved in Tylee's killing, or maybe just 2. For probable cause affidavits typically LE includes just enough information to get the warrant/arrest. They don’t want to tip their hand any sooner than necessary. This document was prepared to get Chad behind bars for burying bodies. I expect plenty of damning stuff re Lori will come out when they charge her w/murder.

I agree. I was just proposing that we not hang every speculation on AxC's phone data when the other shoe (namely CD's and LVD's cell data) hasn't dropped.

I do doubt the fact that she did NOT like it.
She has been in his circle and has played along with his games and I think she even defended him a few times IIRC
NOW, now that JJ and Tylee have been found, in HIS backyard, she is changing her tune and deciding to tell bad things he has done.
She is self serving and in CYA mode too.
They all are, now -- because they don't want to defend the guy who has his wife's children found buried in his backyard and read the horrific details.
But remember early on, when kids when missing how she said, "Oh, kids are safe, I see them in "light", Yada, Yada. Chad this and Chad that.
Yep, CYA mode-just like the rest of the gang.

She mentioned texts between her and Chad where they discussed the incident. Allegedly there were also witnesses that she told afterwards.

Sorry if this opinion has been suggested before but it’s possible that AC took one for LV /team....aka committed suicide to try his very best to protect his sister. Other heart attacks/deaths in this dark tale were also ruled as natural causes at first. Removing himself would provide, at minimum, an obstacle in trying to prove LV was intimately involved in the deaths of the J.J.,TR, TD, CV, JR Etc...

The probable cause affidavit said before they found Tylee they unearthed remains of a dog and a cat, both apparently family pets that had been buried in the “pet graveyard”. If they found a raccoon too it may have been the one Chad shot out of a tree and buried earlier in the year.

So did a family cat and dog both die AFTER Tylee? Because their remains being found first would seem to indicate this timewise. That’s a lot of deaths.
