I wonder how many of the 60 cell phones were related to Charle's business? I remember 20 or so were within the family of the Cox's maybe etc...He had a business with maybe 25 to 30 employees? Didn't LVD take $35K out of their payroll account? Just guessing.

Cell phones vs. burner phones are two different animals. Pre-paid & post paid...I'd assume none of them were related to the business.

I think he's biding his time. LCVD hopefully will be charged with Murder 1. Same with Chad. I don't think Means is qualified to handle this type of case but he's appealing and sometimes showing up in court? Formal charges need to be filed. Just going over it in my head. jmo

Just to be clear, Nate Eaton retracted his statement that Tylee was dismembered PRE-MORTEM. But, he's stated multiple times that's she was dismembered, Thus, -I think we can all understand that he means POST-MORTEM.

There is one statement missing from the above that appears to still be there in the original link- "Eaton also claimed that the court documents indicate that Tylee was dismembered premortem" which occurs right before “We don't know the specifics about that."

I don't know if he really said it. But I doubt he has seen anything we haven't regarding court documents and I see nothing in the arrest warrant APC to indicate premortem dismemberment. It would not be in the sealed APC for the search warrant because that only contains facts known before the digging started. If he really said it I think he has some explaining to do. He has done a great job on this case but to say something so horrible as that without solid evidence would really make me question his judgement.

I think we'd all agree that these people just aren't that smart. You have people that use burner phones 1 call, 1 day and destroy and STILL get caught. These morons are dragging around 60 phones and I'm assuming continued dialog.

Last week, we did a lot of errand running and everyday we say Means car parked outside the women’s center. It was also there Monday and today. Just some observations. I know the preliminary hearing is coming up so maybe they have been preparing but I don’t know many lawyers that are with their client that much even with preparing for the preliminary hearing.

The first I heard about multiple phones was a while ago in the beginning with Kay W. She stated that CV paid for a lot of phones, but I thought she said "for family members" iirc.

Does anyone else recall such? And I wonder how she knew such.

Maybe Kay saw phone bills. I heard of a number 21, but I don't think those were the burner phones alluded to in this investigation.

This is a serious risk for professions that work with liquid nitrogen. If you are in an unventilated room with a liquid nitrogen boiloff system the nitrogen gradually displaces the oxygen and you don't necessarily notice it until you pass out. You're not dead yet but unless you are rescued you will be within a few minutes. You don't feel like you are suffocating or having trouble breathing. You may start to feel a little light-headed if you are lucky. But hypoxia is a little like getting drunk - your judgement is impaired even before you start to feel lightheaded so you may not recognize the symptoms. Aircraft have crashed because of this, including at least one commercial passenger aircraft. The pilots never noticed anything was wrong until they passed out. It is true that this beautiful teenage girl was dismembered, but court documents released thus far do not indicate when that happened. The interview was at 6:30 am and sleep has been hard to come by lately (Still - not an excuse). I didn’t even know I had said it until many of you reached out to me. I apologize for the confusion and misinformation! I will watch my words more carefully.

If Lori’s mother and sister are as devastated and heartbroken as they claim to be about Tylee and JJ, they’ll tell LE and the world that they don’t believe Alex would have murdered anyone but if he did, it was only because Lori instructed him to. Of course that will never happen.

I don't understand - why should they do that? LE make their own determination, based on the evidence they collect. Who cares what family members of the perps say? It has zero relevance in the solving and punishment of crimes. MOO

Thank you for this! The sad and unthinkable reality seems to be that she was. (I can’t type the word) Extremely, extremely disturbing. That one brought tears to my eyes. To read it like that. I just can’t imagine what monsters these people are. Jmo
