I was wondering something similar. Something could have been slipped into AC's favorite lemonade mix, coffee, cocoa, anything like that. Vitamins, aspirin, anything Lori knew AC put in his mouth on a regular basis. Even boxed cereal. Then she's nowhere near when he gets sick and dies. Sure sounds like she checked on him though, to make sure he got it, even if she was in Hawaii.

I agree.

I also suspect that this is how Tammy was poisoned.

Yes she was. It is described in Chad’s affidavit she was dismembered and partially burned.
Please could you point me to the paragraph where it states dismemberment, I must have missed it. I can find reference to charring, but not dismemberment.

That's not a new photo.... Maybe the FBI just published it, but it's been on WS.

IMO it's new to us. It's a different pose from the one we seen. Jmo

Yes, it is different. My question is why did the FBI release the new photo today? The 11 page affidavit of probable cause was released Friday evening and today a new photo. They’re trying to accomplish something with these releases.

And I really want to smack that big grin off of Alex’s face.
Possibly to jog peoples memories. Particularly those that visited Yellowstone Park last September.

A couple things that I was wondering about. Others may have already suggested one or both of these could be a possibility.

The racoon story from CD may have been code speak to indicate one of the children was taken out. A signal to others that the deed was done maybe.

For the other thing, I saw where it was mentioned that Chad had previously mentioned that Tammy would die in a car accident. And since there has been some confusion over where certain cars were around certain times I have to wonder if either CD or LV or both had tried to snip the brake lines or do some other damage to the vehicle that would cause an accident.

The only problem with that theory is they would have to have known the victims would be driving somewhere dangerous like if they went on certain roads that had hair pin turns or steep inclines. Or maybe a vehicle fire type accident where someone would be sent to fill up some gas tanks and they maybe were trying to rig an explosion.

Unless there is any evidence of vehicles needing repaired or if we know of any vehicle mechanical issues then it would be hard to prove they attempted something like that.

I just found it real strange how he was talking about an accident and since he likes to have his false prophecies come true then he may have tried to do something to their vehicles and it was not working out. So Plan B or C was ultimately used.

ODT types of medications are delivered by melting on your tongue, they disintegrate in your mucous membranes -- which isn't the same as dissolving them in water. You don't take them with water, in fact, that's the point - to be able to take them without ingesting any liquid.

I had the same reaction to the Raccoon shooting as well. First of all I have never seen a adult raccoon in the middle of the day, and I live in Colorado where we have many (although I do understand it’s not unheard of). Why murder an innocent animal? Makes no sense!
CD wanted to be with a hot blonde and feel like a king. He didn’t want anyone blowing his cover like a strong minded teen. He wanted to live in paradise and start a new life. LV wanted the same thing. These people give religion a bad name because they used it to get what they really wanted which had nothing to do with God or church. CD is a narcissist who wanted to be god himself. I think he made it up as he went along and found a lot of reference material that helped support his fictional tale.

Do raccoons in Idaho carry rabies? A raccoon out here in MA in the middle of the day would definitely be killed (though usually by animal control, not the individual) because of the rabies risk.

I think it's highly unlikely she would have been killed at Yellowstone then brought back to bury in Chad's backyard because there are so many places to get rid of the body at Yellowstone such as thermal pools with acidic water that destroy bodies.
MOO, in north YS ther wmifht be a lot of places but a Sunday in Fall in South YS seems hard to fond somewhere some one would not see the car truck pulled over. The park deals with visitors and the road sides are pretty well tended.

I think I have asked this before...but i have missed a lot over the last two days

I feel these are still questions in the air, but welcome strong opinions answering yes to these:

Are we CERTAIN there was only one vehicle that went to Yellowstone? AC's truck.
Are we CERTAIN Tylee was IN said truck and ALIVE when truck arrived at Buckaroo Bills?
Help me here, what is it you think happened between Yellowstone and BB? And why do you think it is significant?

So if you crushed up the pill and mixed it in a drink it would not be effective?

Please share your medical credentials if you can!

It's not in the document. Nate Eaton stated that she was dismembered. He doesn't say where he got that information.

Yes, I've seen a bunch of articles and references to dismemberment and one major newspaper reported JJ was beheaded. I believe the "dismemberment" is interpreted from the description of the burn site and finding two bones and later more bones and tissue in other areas. I think we should be careful before we use terms like dismemberment as it is possible the body was burned and afterwards the remains stirred -- which would not be what people classically think of when they hear dismemberment. Similarly, the affidavit refers to Chad driving off when they discovered "the head" and this suggests the head may have been separated, but not necessarily. In any event, it shouldn't be characterized as "beheading."

At this point we simply do not know what was done with the bodies and we should be careful before jumping to conclusions.

EDIT: Just saw the reference to Nate's report saying she was dismembered. I'll defer to him as he may have more information, but we can't jump to that conclusion based on the affidavit.

Revisiting this storage unit video that Nate presented with what we know now:
It’s evident that they all 3 worked together Oct & Nov ...long after the pet cemetery burials.
Jeep sniper shot Oct 2 on Brandon.
Tammy died Oct 19
Oct 28 Chad & Alex are there together
They were all so busy and sure of themselves.

IMO there are many more capture videos, stills, pings they never thought about to possibly tie them solid to these deaths.
Even though one is dead , those two can’t keep that secret.
It’s on video.

MOO

It wouldn't make sense to study the effectiveness of a drug in a manner that it isn't administered, so I doubt the effectiveness of it has been studied. (An easier example: no one studies what happens if you drink IV liquids, because they aren't administered that way.) ODT's shouldn't be crushed, they should be dissolved on your tongue. That doesn't stop people experimenting, so if someone wanted to try to make a mint julep out of a Risperdal ODT....I guess they could.

And this isn't credentials by any means, but I've administered these types of medications (ODT) as a nurse, I have a current license, and I've been retired for a long time.

EDIT: I can also tell you that, in real life, if you handle these tablets, they'll already begin to melt because of the moisture naturally on your fingers or even a bit of humidity in the air. They are TINY and they melt FAST.

The first place I heard the term dismemberment was NE on EIN. I believe it was deduced because the body was not intact. Whether that came before or after the burning is not known, but I tend to think it happened during. JMO

Ive come to realize that its really a myth that racoons wont come out in the daytime unless they are sick. We have some that eat the bird seed droppings under our bird feeders and we sometimes see them come in during the middle of the day.

They mainly like to come in at night but occassionally we do see them in the daytime and they are not acting sick or anything. Just hungry. LOL

Oooooo thank you. Have you ever dealt with this medication in a clinical environment?

Nate is referring to the Affadavit, but the document does not state dismemberment. At the moment, I am still of the view that the remains distintergrated after burning. IMO

I would imagine this information (How a sublingual medication works) is one where we can trust in Dr. Google...
