IIRC that comment about 'met a widow in Hawaii' was made by a family member to someone who, IMO, is probably known to be a prying, gossipy neighbour/acquaintance/family member. I know that I try very hard not to give prying, gossipy people the inside lowdown on the complications in my family/work/and life. Such people are superspreaders of nasty gossip about things that are fundamentally none of their business. They are the kind of people who go running to the media at the first opportunity saying 'I heard such and such from so and so'. And therefore, they succeed in their primarily goal in life, which is to spread rumours, gossip and personal opinions about other people. JMO

Maybe someone can help with LVD & CD's thinking. MG stated she was told they didn't like to camp so they would not be in tents. Also the reason they would be needed after all the earthquakes is all the people who would be damaged and injured whose souls would turn to zombies. What made CD & LVD believe they could escape injury? Earthquake? Just living in Rexburg would be the saving grace or did they have some invisible force field (since they don't wear garments) to protect them?
I am aware that LVD told CV should "could not taste death" and was immortal but was she also exempt from pain, injury, natural disaster?

First of all....many of us believe there were no cookies.
However, there was a service in rexburg after Springvale.
And Chad could just introduce her as a devoted follower.

I always took the cookie comment to mean it took place after the service in Idaho. Idk if it’s even true. MG said it in the three part series on east Idaho news. But just because it was said doesn’t mean it’s true Lori has lied before.

We also know Chad hasn’t been 100% honest. We know he didn’t just meet some widow on the beach.

I think you may have the stories intertwined which adds to the confusion. But no I don’t think the Daybell children would leave right after the service in Utah to come back to meet some woman.

LE has to have a specific thing they are looking for to get a warrant. They can’t just go on a fishing expedition, “We want to look through this guy’s phone to see what might be on there.” Not allowed.

The only way to reconcile these two events would be to take it that "met" was used to say that they did not go together, but rather made arrangements to meet up. Not that they had never met previously.

JMO on how to reconcile two apparently contradictory statements.

I was thinking of Chad and his womanizing. There is a reference to men and being sealed and marriages in the outline provided by IP.

This IMO is CD justification of his womanizing. He seems to love to have woman around. It seems to feed his ego. Make him feel powerful. I have read posts on here that he had groups of women around him. That there were men but more women at his meetings. It has been reported he had a woman in Mesa and he assaulted his author JR. He was hunting in my opinion. He was actively looking for women to groom and be under his spell. He tells them exactly what they want to hear. IMO He was never faithful and never will be.

I have been researching and am convinced they all died from cyanide poisoning, which can cause pulmonary edema and also fades away after a few hours, hard to detect. But - looking into it now - there seems to be a fairly new test to detect cyanide exposure. So we shall see. (Sorry if too much speculation!)

Most animals protect their young. Chad and Lori don't deserve to be compared to animals.

Okay so I thought it had been decided previously that an autopsy was performed on Tammy right after she died. Dateline is saying there was no autopsy on Tammy, until two months after her burial. That’s gross negligence on the part of the local coroner.

Did she meet any of these people he had engaged with?
Did she know the extent of his beliefs?

I wonder what excuses Chad made as to why Tammy should not attend these events with him. She may have enjoyed the time to herself, but really, this should have been her first clue, years ago, as to possible unfaithfulness. Especially spending the night in another woman's home, with or without others there.

The book publishing was a jointly held company between Chad and TD. So much could have been avoided had he always presented with his wife as his partner. But no....... instead a bunch of goofball women asking him about polygamy.

Brenda Dye. Ran for the elected office, is an EMT by profession, she is trained and knows the law -- that deaths not attended by physicians are referred to a medical examiner.

Why did she not follow the law?
TD is another person like TR, abandoned to people embracing lawlessness and lacking of basic backbone.
