Nate Eaton - Reporter

"This morning in an interview with Nancy Grace I misspoke when I said Tylee Ryan was dismembered BEFORE she died. It is true that this beautiful teenage girl was dismembered, but court documents released thus far do not indicate when that happened. The interview was at 6:30 am and sleep has been hard to come by lately (Still - not an excuse). I didn’t even know I had said it until many of you reached out to me. I apologize for the confusion and misinformation! I will watch my words more carefully."

I still don't care that he even is using the word dismembered as the body was burned, and ergo some parts may have separated due to fire. That is his interpretation/word due to two human bones being at the top and not connected. MOO

Also, Nancy Grace's podcasts are not behind a paywall, so unsure why folks keep saying it is?
It couldn't be determined that the two bones found first were human.

But I wonder wouldn't they all be charred if they were separated by the fire?

CV did consider Alex, based on the comments he made to some people. But I am guessing he didn't expect that Alex would be there when he came to pick up JJ.
It does make me wonder if Alex's truck was parked there when Charles parked in the drive.

Nope, I don't have a computer, just a phone, and it works fine. :)
I missed the quoted post and can’t find it. Can you expound on this for me? Who is he? Sorry if that’s an annoying question.
Michael, I had posted about the second autopsy done on George was immediate. I just cannot figure out why a second autopsy has not been called for, for Alex. If the answer is a matter of funding.... I just concluded we out here on all these forums about Lori and chad would be willing to fund a second autopsy! But mods did snip the name of the funding site I suggested!

I am intrigued with your idea of deeper and higher. Can you provide more details on your theory?
As I have stated a number of times...we are going to see sooo many books written about this case.
One will be the obvious TRIAL.
One will be on Wild West Cults.
One will be on the crazy Fox family.
One, 10 years down the road, may be "letters and interviews" with L and C from jail.
One may be about forum followers and how they solved the details of this crime!!! (us here!!)

Is it possible he is staying within walking distance and just chooses to walk rather than move his car? Not familiar with Rexburg so just asking.
Completely possible.

Last week, we did a lot of errand running and everyday we say Means car parked outside the women’s center. It was also there Monday and today. Just some observations. I know the preliminary hearing is coming up so maybe they have been preparing but I don’t know many lawyers that are with their client that much even with preparing for the preliminary hearing.

All jmo moo
Well SleuthD... we need you to keep doing errands every day! That's a lot of billable hours from that parked car.

The first I heard about multiple phones was a while ago in the beginning with Kay W. She stated that CV paid for a lot of phones, but I thought she said "for family members" iirc.

Does anyone else recall such? And I wonder how she knew such.

This was definitely stated by Kay... So, even with all the burner discussions, I still feel these players had their "favorite" phone, and possible the original from the Charles-paid plan. I keep thinking THIS is the phone they tracked with Alex.

Has this been posted yet?

JJ Vallow's teachers open up about Lori Vallow, the day JJ was pulled from school

New information here: JJ knew by his withdrawal in August from his AZ school that Charles was gone. He was understandably in denial bc he was 1)grieving and 2) had been lied to.
I wonder why she would have told him on his last day. I wonder if he overheard other people talking about it.

JJ received special services for his autism at L.I.F.E Academy and last attended school there on August 30, 2019.
Private school officials say Lori Vallow withdrew her son after lying about Charles Vallow's death

We’ve seen the claim before, but I think via tape of Kay saying it in a presser, without the nice handy cite. Otherwise colloquially known as ‘the school said JJ was not told his father had died, and was instead told he was on a business trip’ backdoor comment.

How are MPs children going to feel as they get older knowing 2 siblings were listed as dark and we know what that means. I wonder about MGs children too, if April was told she needed to seperate from her children than MG must have been told that imo. Seems that MGs children were with their father more than MG imo

I that drive-by shooting was successful, I highly doubt the Boudreaux kids would be alive.

I've had to miss the majority of the last couple of threads while I've been preparing an update to the timeline and making loads of notes.

I just wondered if these snippets had been noted here - from the latest Dateline

April Raymond: "She had several phones with her and was kind of fumbling with them all and one would ring and she would kind of go through all of them and Tylee even made the comment ‘Mom, you look like a drug dealer with all of your phones’."

and

Melanie Gibb: "Tylee would appear every once in a while out of the bedroom and she did not have a good relationship with her mom."

and

Melanie Gibb: "when she first went to Texas I’m like 'why are you going to Texas, you’re trying to run from him?' She goes ‘I was told by the Lord I need to get his finances in order’."

Also Charles Vallow's texts to a friend -

Friend: do you trust what she saying. Do [x] trust Lori?

CV: Yes. With out any doubt. Like I said. A lot of. Misunderstanding. We have our Lori back

CV: And JJ is over the moon.

Friend: seriously! What a turn around. [x] your happy about it, your family [x]

Yes we have seen all 3 of these statements but it doesnt hurt to post again. Thank you for taking over the timeline. Seems like a lot work in this case. Imo

I just get the feeling that her attitude leans towards something bigger. If it was me I would have been out of there and in protective custody the moment they asked me to lie. I get the feeling she felt protected for some reason as if LV and CD weren’t really the ones “pulling the strings” but maybe just following orders.

I posted earlier about this. While I think Lori and Chad are guilty of first degree murder and qualified for the death penalty. I doubt it will be sought simply because, while Idaho has the death penalty, it has used it rarely and never on a woman. Idaho has executed 3 men since 1976 and 10 since statehood in 1890.

Not to be disrespectful to anyone or to assume anything about a religion I only have a passing familiarity with, I think the same LDS "attitude" toward women that people have discussed also translates into a strong reluctance to execute women because they are not held to teh same accountability as men perhaps. I just don't think the state will seek the death penalty against Lori because I doubt any prosecutor wants to risk his case on convincing a jury to do something no jury has ever done in Idaho - execute a woman.

Of course I could be wrong!
I agree. They should have enough for life, so go for it. I hope they will dance around the death penalty to make a point, but drop back to Life.. for the greater good..of letting them stew for their lifetimes.

It won't be so bad once I'm up to date, hopefully, but I am having to go back over 3 months for this one and they were particularly busy months in terms of developments, interviews and documentaries.

In the meantime, can you all please zzzzip it? (Only joking!) :p

If I recall correctly, the trip to Yellowstone was the day before Tylee disappeared. We see pictures of the kids with Alex.

There must be some significance tied to this trip.

Was it Lori's way of "enjoying" Tylee one more day? A day to document that her brother would be the one to snuff the life out of the children before the big earthquake and the end of the world? Was this more cruelty from Lori, as she knew this would be the last time Tylee would smile and enjoy life?

I wonder if Tylee sensed something that day. I bet she did.

Because, he did not follow through. CV could have had a restraining order against LVD, he never did that. CV could have arranged with the court that he pick JJ up at his school or CPS office, to eliminate contact with LVD. CV never did anything, but continue to chase LVD.

LVD steals $35,000. CD doesn't even report the theft to the police or press criminal charges.

LVD goes to Hawaii, leaves CV with kids. CV takes her back.

Not victim blaming, per se, but if CV really "feared for his life", he didn't really act like LVD was that much of a threat.

He DID report the theft of the money. He also reported that she stole his truck, took household belongings and locked him out of his house. Also, I thought he filed a restraining order (and/or the mental eval that LE superior dragged feet on signing)... either way, police were suppose to be looking for her but he had to call the police to tell them she was sitting in their dept lobby. He reported to LE (several times) that she threatened to destroy him... he even had a witness interviewed by an officer. All of this can be seen and heard in the in the police body cam videos and printed news reports. *I can specifically link if you want but all of this is in the media thread.

So, it doesn't seem fair at all to victim blame (per se - or otherwise).

Yes, it appears Charles did love her and tried to reconcile in Feb. Which kinda' reminds me a bit of women who return to spouses who mentally and emotionally batter them.

Charles tried. Charles tried several times to get help for her, for himself, and for JJ. Once he was dead he could no longer try to protect anyone. IMO it is blatantly obvious Lori is a manipulative maniac.
