So, the guy that was in the video with JR just published a book on multiple probations. JR edited the book and it came out a few weeks ago. Multiple probations refers to the idea that good spirits are recycled and come back to earth after death. It is very similar to reincarnation. Perhaps that is part of Lori and Chad’s belief sysytem.

At this rate, Lori’s going to come back as a worm in life #5.

Is there any evidence that Chad and Lori are legally married? They did not get married in Vegas when AC and then LVs niece did according to the public county records. I checked Vallow, Ryan, and Cox. Guessing she has more aliases but CD does not. Marriage records in Hawaii are public but you have to get them in person or through snail mail. Surely the reporters have checked there, right? If they were married in Idaho I assume Idaho MSM would have published that by now.

Lots of people do get away with murder, collect money from life insurance, and never get charged.

that’s just sick. Chad suffocated her (MOO) and then got some more sleep, while she lay there “peacefully” dead? Lori was already waiting for him in Hawaii so he got the arrangements done quickly and took off?
I was having such a hard time seeing Chad as the ringleader in all this, or as someone who would hurt children. Happily married to Tammy and sharing a life for 30 years? And now it’s been just a couple months and he’s done grieving? I’m sorry, but a disagreement over whether to continue in the publishing business or not does not break a 30 year marriage - that was really their biggest issue? Also, it seems as if the publishing was how Chad contributed to the household expenses - he didn’t have a regular job and Tammy worked (we know librarians don’t make what they’re worth). Could the life insurance payout have even happened that fast? Did Chad get an insurance check and quickly transfer to another account? I keep wondering about their tax returns for 2019 lol what a mess.

I think the story he came up with, is that after Tammy died, he went to grieve to Hawaii, where he met Lori (who was living there) whom he knew from before, but Tammy (from the other side of the veil) wanted them (Chad and Lori) to get married and be happy.

I wonder if Tammy directed them (from the other side) about what to do with the kids?
And maybe Chad had a vision that Alex should marry as well. I wonder if there were plans for Alex and Z to relocate to HI...maybe LE has access to Alex’s phone?

What about "felony murder"? People are charged with murder when they didn't do the actual killing if they were involved in a crime that results in a murder. I'm no expert but it seems LV stole CV's truck from the airport. You could argue she stole his phone. If she read his texts that is unauthorized surveillance. She stole money from his business. She may have planned to have AC rough up CV the way AC did with husband 3. MOO, there is a lot of room for LE to charge LV in the death of CV.

EDIT: If LE ever gets a confession from LV or co-conspirators or finds more evidence.

They could charge her with conspiracy to commit murder. However, they have to prove her and Alex conspired to do this. They obviously need a witness or electronic evidence in order to do this and need to prove it WAS murder. For felony murder, a "murder" has to be committed in the course of a felony. Again, they need to prove murder and that it was committed during a felony.

Chad's family might not have known before that Lori's children even existed. They may still consider them Lori's responsibility, not Chad's.

I think there are other members of Lori's family besides her son who are on the right side of things (like the one who gave information to Gray Huges). On the other hand, we have not heard anything from Tylee and JJ's maternal grandparents.

IMO the people who still support Lori might not have known her since her cult-like obsession started and could be buying her custody/inheritance angle. Also, let's not forget how she also badmouthed her two (now dead) husbands and painted herself as a victim.

I think her family knows she is a mentally ill self-centered person.

I'm still thinking about the resort manager saying Lori Ryan used a Hawaii driver's license to check in. I've been reading on driver's license requirements in Hawaii. From what I read, and it's all JMO, unless something has changed, she was falsifying information to have that license. Surely, she didn't check in with an expired license? Hawaii licenses are good for 8 years, expiring at a birthday. So roughly 2011 she had to renew that thing. Providing some sort required documentation. What was going on that far back for her to need (for all practical purposes) a fake ID? All JMO.

Bringing this up because I just watched the bodycam footage from the shooting of CV. Unless I totally missed it, the officer didn't mention her Hawaii driver's license. I don't hear well so I really have to concentrate. Jmo.

I'm dinging on this because I really think this could speak to "dominance" in a relationship. There's a reason you go to the hassle of renewing a false driver's license.

And in the video from the room rental discussion, Chad claimed his wife lived on the island. He knew about that ID is my assumption.

WHEN exactly will Sean and his clients be addressing the allegations then? Certainly the court order makes it clear that it’s beyond just gossip and rumors?
I still feel so angry to read that - Lori really thinks she is a devoted mother and actually resents anyone who might assume she’s not??! And this statement was put out before most of the public knew the details - nobody was really even saying they weren’t good spouses/parents at first - I think Chad and Lori protested too much with their lawyer statement and led people down the path of what turned out to be legitimate accusations (not rumors) against them. Tammy was probably still alive when they disappeared the kids. I doubt Lori and Chad wanted other cult members to follow them to Hawaii. IMO Alex might have felt abandoned by Lori, despite being freshly married.

There is no way Chad's income as an author is 30K a month, nor his net income from the entire publishing business (not that it appears it is likely to be functioning with Tammy gone) is that much. In fact, it is extremely unlikely that the gross revenue from the publishing company is that much in a month.

He may have told Lori that he made that kind of money in order to seal the deal with her. She loves money and he loves her. I'm willing to bet he would tell her that so she would think he was more successful than he really is. Those two really deserve each other.

I will say this based on my personal experience. Business travelers who fly a lot tend to have movies and tv shows on their personal handheld devices. This takes up a lot of storage so it is not at all unual to keep that media on a separate memory card. Both Netflix and Amazon allow you to download movies directly to an SD card on your phone. Charles traveled three days a week for his business so I, probably wrongly, made an assumption that he would have one. MOO

It may very well be something innocuous that will bring Lori and Chad to court, where they will be given the absolute maximum penalty for what would otherwise be a minuscule charge.

I'm curious about the date Chad's ticket was booked to Hawaii after Tammy's funeral. If it was booked prior to her passing that would be a real problem for him legally. I also wonder where exactly Lori was when Tammy passed away. Was she in Hawaii already or did they fly together after the funeral?
