Where are the videos of them bringing items to the storage unit?

... Back in the lab tomorrow night. ...
**Is this a clue at maybe toxicology reports
Or ballistics. Does the bullet fired at BB match the gun used to kill CV?

Were TD’s toxicology supposedly not due until March? And AC’s ? Was there a date estimated for them?
Yeah, I am sure I am grasping. They thought it would be back first part of March. MOO

You’re right, RexburgSleuth. The name of the storage company I use is incredibly close to the one LV rented. My mistake.
Thank you for your input. There's so much we don't know. It's good to think of all the options. And there may be climate control of some sort in these ones. It just isn't listed as such.

Did MB show up for her court date today??

Surveillance videos aren't always the best quality. If it were clear who the shooter was, why wouldn't LE have arrested him/her right away?
The footage was good enough to identify the jeep, but it might not be the only thing used to correctly identify the perp.

To calm our nerves after the heartbreaking video from the storage unit, I thought we could take comfort in the amazing US Constitution and some fun facts about multiple jurisdictions. Idaho can drag their butts back to Rexburg, then Arizona can have a crack at them and the Feds can chime in too. There is a wonderful example of the dual sovereignty principle on the NOLO site referenced below.

ARTICLE IV - Section 2 - The Extradition Clause:
A Person charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another State, shall on Demand of the executive Authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having Jurisdiction of the Crime.

If a crime occurs in two or more states, can each prosecute it?
Usually, any state in which an essential part of a crime has been committed can prosecute the offender. That means that authorities in each affected state can prosecute a crime that stretches from one territory to another. The double jeopardy prohibition doesn’t apply to separate “sovereigns,” meaning that this kind of multiple prosecution doesn’t run afoul of the Constitution. In fact, it’s at least theoretically possible that multiple states and the federal government could prosecute a defendant for a single course of conduct. (The federal government would derive jurisdiction, for example, by the fact that (1) the Constitution allows it to regulate interstate commerce and (2) the crime crossed state lines.)

I can't wait.

Lori Daybell abandoned a storage unit in Rexburg full of children's items | East Idaho News

RE: the thing they are taking out that looks like a vehicle seat folded in half - could it actually be a booster seat for JJ?

He is only 50lbs and 4 feet tall: Have you seen this child? JOSHUA VALLOW

Car seat law:

Arizona: Arizona requires children to be in a booster seat from the age of five until eight unless they are taller than 4’9”.

(I don't see Idaho regulations listed but he would have needed one in AZ)

... could MB have been the shooter in Gilbert on 10/2? BB said he didn't see the shooter..
LV is quoted as saying something like AC is a professional with guns. We know he has killed recently and when he did there were 3 people in the house besides himself and the guy who was killed when it started, yet he managed to do the shooting without a single witness (allegedly). MOO I don't think AC was a professional hit man, but taking a shot from inside a car at another car and then driving away without so much as scratching the intended victim...doesn't sound like AC. Unless he was just "sending a message" and not intending harm. MOO

I assume since Lori last paid a visit to the storage unit on Nov 24th (after a fairly long absence), she knew LE was on her tail.
We know she was in Hawaii in November before that last visit to the storage unit. The long absence might just be getting married, honeymoon, finding a long term place to stay in Hawaii, etc. In my mind the fact she went back at all means she discounted LE knowing anything. MOO

So if a booster seat was found among the stored items (or in Lori's home) that would be a bad sign for the kids? What other items would one expect not to be left behind?

We know they visited the neighbor sometime prior (about a week IIRC). I wonder if he was the only one they talked to and whether word got back to Lori.

They were taking it out of the storage unit sometime in October. Bad sign if it was in there for even a few days IMHO. That means JJ wasn't using it. Just to be clear: there wasn't a booster seat listed among the items left behind in the storage unit and I'm only speculating about what the object could be. We don't know if a booster seat was found among the cars or at the townhouse either.

MOO.

A snuggly/special teddy, perhaps a special drinks bottle if he had one, certain pyjamas if he had specifics that he would only use (asd kids can fixate on certain things and if they don’t have them it’s game over). His grandma and grandad would know what they are. For my son at that age it was his snow leopard teddy, iPad, Nintendo ds and pjs. If we didn’t have those it was full meltdown.

He got his dogs at 9 and would never have forgiven me if I had rehomed them though. All moo

I’ll add to that his dog ate his teddy snowy (it even had a name and was very real to him) two years ago, he was 18 and very a rough, tough teenager by then...he still had a full meltdown because snowy was eaten. I still took it on holiday with us even as a teenager as that was his normal. The grandparents will know what is JJs most important item, I’m sure there will be something. That would be a deal breaker as to what’s happened to them if that item was still in the house, garage or storage locker. All moo

MB was in American Fork, Utah on June 22, 2019 for a half-marathon. This is also where she gets arrested in November. Do we think she lived part time here? Has her new husband been confirmed to be here at some point?

It's a tote with something sticking out of it. At a certain angle it looks like legs, but I don't think it's actually legs.
