Plead not guilty.
Trial scheduled to start 8/12/19.
Status hearing on 10/9/18 continued to 11/19/18. Trial set for 6/17/19 & moved to 8/12/19.
1/13/19 Update: Trial has been delayed. Next Status Conference hearing on 6/11, Pretrial hearing on 7/22 & Jury selection on 8/1 & 8/2, trial starts 8/12/19.

for Joshua Molina - I have same for him, but no 7/29 hearing.

For Joshua Molina - The trial has been moved. On 1/7/20 questionnaire conference. 2/7/20 says Jury Trial and Jury Questionnaires. 2/10/20 Pre-trial conference and 2/25/20 Jury Trial
