Does anyone have a subscription to the Idaho Stateman? There are some articles regarding this case that can only be accessed by subscribers. I have also found the name of the victim posted on another blog, but won't post it here for her privacy. If anyone needs it PM me. I am not finding anything about resolutions to the lawsuits.

I did find a blurb that stated the mother received a 6 month county jail sentence along with some community service. Way not long enough.
