Utmost condolences to the families of the deceased and prayers for the injured.

Unless we hear otherwise I'm also sad for the shooter's family whom he has probably destroyed.

Yeah, I agree with this. If it was Decker, they would likely just make a public statement saying as much. I highly doubt it is him.

If it was Decker, we would have seen the FBI and US Marshalls at the Sheriff's presser.
The fact that they weren't up at the podium says this definitely wasn't him.

Through public records, I found a person by that name - 21 lived in Coeur d'Alene. No criminal record.

The sniper who lured hundreds of firefighters into a deadly ambush last night has been named as Wess Roley.

Roley was found dead near his gun on Canfield Mountain outside of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho on Sunday evening.

On June 28th and 29th 2001 an Aryan Nations compound was burned to the ground. A lot of people locally are wondering if it’s related to that since firefighters were targeted on the anniversary.

hmm, the suspect wasn’t even born when that happened, so i wonder how it would be related! not saying it’s definitely not related though!
