FRUITLAND, Idaho (CBS 2) — A disabled mother of three was reported missing Thursday at 5 p.m., according to the Fruitland Police Department.

Sarah Stepp, 41, was last seen at her home in Fruitland at about 3 p.m. Thursday.

Stepp left her home driving a pearl green 2014 Ford Escape with an Idaho license plate 1P76475.

She is considered gravely disabled and her whereabouts are unknown FPD said.

She was last seen wearing a yellow and gray striped shirt and blue pants.

She is 5'9," and 185 lbs, with long brown hair, and brown eyes.

According to a phone call with Police Chief JD Huff, Stepp is considered “gravely disabled” as he said he believes she was not in good mental health when she left the house.

The hunter found Stepp's vehicle at about 2:03 p.m. on Saturday. The Washington County Search and Rescue found her body at about 4:30 pm.

After reading the "scars on both wrists" I kind of thought that she'd struggled with thoughts of self harm for a long time. I hope she has found peace at last, and send out hope and prayers for the family and friends she left behind.
