Hayden man arrested on murder charges

HAYDEN, Idaho – A Hayden man has been booked into the Kootenai County jail for second degree murder.

The Kootenai County Jail roster said David Hutto, 44, was arrested Friday around 7:00 p.m. at his home on Miles Avenue in Hayden.

Officials also happened to have served a search warrant at a home on that street Friday evening.

Authorities have not said whether or not his arrest or the search warrant is related to the Bo Kirk murder investigation. They have said that they arrested two people in connection to the case.

I'm embarrassed to admit I actually live in Idaho and totally thought Post Falls was like between Twin Falls and Boise. My 4th grade teacher would be so disappointed in me. Sorry Mrs Katz.

There is an individual from another State with the same name who was arrested numerous times with theft of money - released in 2013.

The names registered at Hutto's residence don't include his.

Hutto posted in "Swap Shop and Shut up" on facebook last Saturday selling his television for med money....Wonder if Bo was in the market for a cheap television? Or....if Hutto was that desperate for cash.... IMHO
