Does federal custody mean he would not be in the same jail as Hutto? Maybe the 2nd suspect had fled the state?

I thought the 2nd was homeless? R.T.

RT is only a rumor at this time. There was another man rumored as well. Then there was the guy that was tagged by his friend on fb... So that is 3 rumors and they cannot all be the 2nd suspect....

“Today's a hard day,” says Claudia Jackson, Bo’s older sister. “Today to wake up knowing that my attention's focused on the fact that my brother's no longer here.”

She says she cried tears of happiness when she got a call from her sister-in-law about the arrests.

“I have my brother's picture up there and I just looked at him and I said we got him,” she says.
But now, what’s nagging her is who is this person and why did he do this?

“What was it for? What did you take my brother's life for?…I am afraid I'll never get those answers,” she says.
Claudia says she's never heard the suspect’s name before.
“There is no putting this behind us right now. We will never be able to put this behind us,” Jackson says.
Bo Kirk was a family man. He was a husband, a father, a brother, and was about to become a grandfather. That's why this day is especially hard for Claudia to stay strong. But she says she’s always miss him.

I am so sad that this happened, happy that they are getting who did this to Bo.

So very sad for the family...life here will never be the same for them.

I am sure we will hear more details but it will never make sense the choices these people made to steal and then take his life.

Ok, so DH was arrested at BK like the reporter said. SM rumour said it was RT that was arrested at BK. I believe this is where his identity as one of the arrested came from. I did read in one article that both suspects were arrested at the same time. (It didn't specify if it was at the same place)

So, either RT is not the 2nd man arrested, or they were arrested together at BK. if so why would RT be under federal custody?

I can't decide if DH is the driver or passenger from that mugshot. Could go either way, need to see the 2nd man.

Law enforcement personnel from the North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force, the US Marshall's Service, Pacific Northwest Violent Offenders Task force tracked down Hutto.

The second suspect was arrested earlier in the day and is being held in federal custody on charges related to homicide. The second person's identity and arrest information has not yet been released.

Detectives spent several hours Friday night searching the house on Miles Ave. where Hutto lived. Local and federal agencies working on the investigation are confident there are no other suspects outstanding.

I think Hutto was the driver. The eyes look the same to me. But he does look older than 44.

I've done my bit of research on this and my take is the other person is not RT.have a look at the Kootenai county jail inmate list.there is a person there arrested on the 28/10/16 arrested earlier than DH.the earlier arrest has credit card and grand theft charges in my opinion the credit cards were atm card used and grand theft was the taking of the car.

IDK. Comments on some of the article were asking why the charge for Hutto was 2nd degree murder instead of first degree murder. Others were speculating that was the lesser charge of the two. But we really have not been told the charges of the second suspect. IMO they both knew a murder happened and both participated--Bo was not a small guy that one of them could over power while the other was oblivious and just thought they were stealing his truck.. I suspect drugs were involved. But it's all just guessing until they release more info.

I don't think so but I don't know. He was found near a shooting range which I assume is private property or a business.
