Also, Patsy has stated that her memories of that nightmarish day are unclear, at best.

Yes, I know. Her memory is awfully "funny" that way.

Remember the illustration of the hand viewed by two people in different locations?

I remember. Didn't help then, either.

For example?

Given its history, it tells me you don't have much regard for police officers.

Super, cops don't need defense lawyers?

There's a difference between a PBA lawyer who is designed to defend cops and the kind of defense lawyers I'm talking about: the Johnnie Cocharans and Lee Baileys of the world.

Sue em all, then.

I'll do worse than that.

Nope. She looked into JR'S eyes and found the killer.

LA had virtually no power in the investigation, Fang. It's a red herring.

BS I expect, but they call it 'opinion'.

I call it a shifty strawman dodge myself. HOTYH's made an argument against things we never said.

  • #584
Let me say that you guys made it very clear how you felt about our theories yesterday. No need for more of the same.

Thus the problem for RDI!

How do you figure that? My point was that it's only "proof" for people who have already made up their minds. Apparently, you IDIs are inconsistent on that front. If the cops do it (YOU SAY) against the Rs, it's a big atrocity; if the DA does it on their behalf, that's just fine and dandy!

Next you'll be trying to tell me that DNA floats around in the air like clothing fibers do!!

Not at all. What I WILL tell you is that the world is fairly bristling with human DNA and is extremely easy to transfer. How do you think viruses spread so quickly? That's WHY you have to be so careful with it during investigations.

Whoa, whoa, whoa! Where did I say that? I'm totally confused now.

This was something you implied when you said she got it all out of her system before the staging. DD said that she had years to cry.

I'm back to my original question: Did PR shed tears over JBR's death? Feel free to answer yes, no, or don't know.

Not exactly how I'd characterize it. More like her survival instincts (among others) took over, not that she got it all out first. And I didn't say anything about afterwards.

I'm back to my original question: Did PR shed tears over JBR's death? Feel free to answer yes, no, or don't know.

Absolutely.

Why did she shed tears?

Only Patsy knows the answer to that one. Everything else is speculation, regardless of whether you witnessed it or not, or whether she TOLD you why or not.

So why bring it into the argument? Why don't you just tell us what you think?

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind. I am wanting to hear SD's explanation as to why PR would be shedding tears after

  1. accidentally fracturing her skull,
  2. accidentally strangling her while applying staging props
  3. threatening to behead a small child in an unusually vicious and political ransom note.
  4. causing acute vaginal injuries.

Whaaaa????

You don't think any ONE of those ALONE would be reason enough for a person to cry?

Remorse, maybe? Horror at one's own capacity for such things, maybe?

OK remorse, and horror at one's own capacity. Finally an answer. I notice your answer is not as vague. Two words instead of zero words. She scared herself, eh? What with that beheading thing and the sexual assault on a child.

No kidding!

Remorse, maybe? Horror at one's own capacity for such things, maybe?

Any of those, plus grief.

Having NO DOUBTS certainly does bring any investigation to a screeching halt, doesn't it? Kinda like a BRICK WALL? I have to wonder if this is what Patsy felt like in her personal life, up against a brick wall with no allowance for stress or imperfection.

The absurdity of your pretense of ANYONE claiming there was an "accidental strangling" reveals your own brick wall and is, in my opinion, just flat out offensive.

Take it up with someone else, OK?

I'm a lot closer to it than YOU are, thats for sure.

Then why don't you just TELL us what the truth is? On the other hand, some people just love to claim they know it. Seems they usually can't tell what it is, tho. :waitasec:

I don't know the complete truth, only that I'm closer to it than you. All I need to know is your belief in RDI.

Truths that RDI can't seem to handle:
  • ML found more DNA matching existing DNA.
  • Deadly force was used on JBR.
  • The GJ returned no bill.
