If you look at it logically it's very clear who did it!

The condition of JBR's bed/bathroom area: JBR's party pants, vest and boots are in a heap right inside her bedroom door, her toilet contains waste, a pair of her pants are inside-out on her bathroom floor, soiled, a diaper package is pulled partway off of her shelf, the top PR initially claimed to have put JBR to bed in is on top of JBR's bathroom sink, the room reeks of urine although the sheet is dry. ST's theory is that PR ran the sheet through the dryer and then replaced it before police arrived.

How PR responds to this evidence: PR claims JBR occasionally forgot to flush and that her wiping skills were poor. JBR has a fairly well documented history of soiling accidents but poor wiping and forgetting to flush are all PR will admit to. PR is shown a pic of the top she claimed to have put JBR to bed in. This is the same top PR admits to having argued with JBR about earlier in the day. PR breaks down and the interview has to be stopped. This is one of only two times PR breaks down during a police interview, the other time being when PR is asked about abuse of either herself or her sisters in their family of origin.

The pineapple: Both PR's and BR's prints are on the dish. During a police interview, BR says he recognizes the dish and that what is in the pic being shown 'looks like fruit'. In 2016, adult BR tells Dr. Phil he can't remember whether or not he ate pineapple that night. During her police interview, PR adamantly denies knowing anything about the pineapple and says she didn't set that dish out, she cites the large spoon being something she wouldn't have set out.

O.k., so it looks a lot like there was an incident upstairs in JBR's bed/bathroom area that no one wants to talk about. In the police interview, when BR is asked about JBR's toileting problems, he curls up into a fetal position in his chair. There was a part where the detective asked BR specifically what his parents would do when JBR wet the bed and he said they would tell JBR, 'you need to learn'. This last part seems to have been edited out of more recent YouTube videos though.

And obviously at some point pineapple was set out either by BR or PR and JBR took a piece.
Nice summation @Swirlz …. and with regard to some things attributed to PR speaking about JBR. Not switching topic at all, but if any here have followed the Madeline Soto case in Florida perhaps some parallels? Seems the mother in that case JS, has had some less than flattering and questionable things to say about her daughter and her habits, etc….. after her death. SMH. There is a thread here for that case if of interest. MOO

Jonbenets vest and boots are next to rhe dollhouse on the floor and her black velvet pants are folded on her spare bed. The placement of these items coincide with John and patsy’s version of events that night. Obviously when John carried jonbenet up to bed, he admits to taking off her boots and vest, and patsy admits to taking off jonbenets pants and changing her into her longjohns. That’s is why the vest and boots are in one location and her black velvet pants are in a seperate location.
Jonbenet had a plastic mattress protector under her bedding. The sheets were forensically tested and they contained fibres and hairs consistent with being slept on by jonbenet.
Patsy always maintained jonbenets bedwetting wasn’t serious enough to even mention it to the doctor. The 1996 Christmas morning photos show JonBenet wearing her pyjamas. Obviously she wasn’t wetting the bed every night otherwise she would have been washed and changed into day time clothing on Christmas morning.
It’s normal for family members fingerprints to be on plates and bowls. Obviously when someone dries the dishes and puts them away, their fingerprints are going to be on them. No one knows who served the pineapple. Jonbenets small intestine also contained cherries and grapes. Experts from the University of Colorado stated “that grapes, grape skins and cherries had been found with pineapple in JonBenet’s body. As one doctor told Boulder Police Department Officials that the pineapple, grapes and cherries could have been eaten even the day before her body was found.

She very well may have been put in her bed and gotten back up.
How do you know she went to bed in the pajamas that she was photographed in. She could have chang3d 2 times prior
We don't know that. Why didnt Patsy put those pj's back on her if they were clean?
Do you think pinapple stayed in her small intestine for 24 hours or does it make more sense that the length of time it took to get to her small intestine is a good indicator of when she died. The Tumblir article you are quoting is trying to make one believe the phantom menace fed her pinapple because he was not concerned with getting caught foraging in the kitchen.

Yes, there is definitely evidence that points to whatever happened to JBR started in her bedroom. Fibers from the cords were found in the bedroom.

I had not heard before the part about BR saying they told JBR "you need to learn". Very interesting......

Because the Forensic testing proved the sheets had been slept on. We also have photos of jonbenet wearing pyjamas on Christmas morning. If JonBenet wet the bed, she would have been wet on Christmas morning and then washed and dressed into clothes for the day. There was no evidence JonBenet wet the bed the night of her murder. She was dry, there were no wet underpants anywhere and her sheets were not freshly washed. The evidence suggests there was no bed wetting incident.

Fibres from the brown sack in John Anthony’s room were also found in jonbenets bed.

Fibres from the brown sack in John Anthony’s room that held the rope were also found in jonbenets bed. The ranseys claimed the rope and sack wasn’t theirs.

RSBM for focus...

That sounds like a phrase many parents would use...

You need to learn to use the restroom before bed, even if you're tired.
As Burke was relaying this info he curled all the way up into a tight ball in the chair. It was the same physical response he had when asked specific questions about the crime itself.

Patsy's mother Nedra said both JR and PR were in fact concerned about the chronic bedwetting that had escalated and gotten worse in the last month of JB's life. She also said it was indeed discussed with Dr. Beuf. JBR very well could've been changed into different PJ's had she wet the bed on Christmas Eve. You cannot say definitively that didn't happen unless you were there.

The pineapple was found in JBR's duodenum. IF there were cherries & grapes found in her digestive system, and we do not have a definitive statement that there was, it was in a different part of her system. The experts however did not in fact mention cherries. There was some evidence that indicates she may have eaten grapes. The fruit cocktail story was yet another rumor started by Paula Woodward who claimed to have seen insider reports.

Pineapple is known to digest fairly quickly. She could've eaten the grapes (if that's even true) the day before, but not the pineapple. Given where that was found in her system, all indications are that it had to have been eaten within two hours of her death, which has been estimated as having occurred between midnight and 2am. JBR was awake after they got home. The pineapple is a clear indication of this. The fruit cocktail story was pushed by Woodward and Smit took it from there. No doubt to distance from the truth about the pineapple.

The sheets reeked of the smell of urine. It was surmised that Patsy may have just thrown them in the dryer so that they appeared dry.

She could've been changed into fresh pjs for Christmas morning. It was early. Everyone was in their pjs. Why would PR make JBR wear day clothes that early? That she did not wet the bed because she was wearing pjs is nothing more than supposition.

The underpants JBR was likely wearing before she was changed into the size 12 underwear have never been found.

I could go lay on my bed for ten minutes, does that mean I slept in it all night? Would the fibers be different?

IMO, this one surmised detail is weird. I personally can't relate to anyone that does laundry regularly and attached to their appliances would put a urine soaked sheet in the dryer. It would foul up the dryer and surrounding room. Did the whole place reek of urine? ugh

It is weird, I agree. But Patsy did not do laundry regularly. It was the housekeeper who did the laundry.

Someone who knew the family, someone JBR was very familiar with, someone who knew the layout of the Ramsey house, and someone who had keys to the house and wouldn't be questioned (much) if he were discovered there, wouldn't have any problem getting JBR to eat a little pineapple.

If only the monster inside him wouldn't have surfaced after that. But it did. And JBR paid the ultimate price for trusting the man.

All MOO

Theory not supported by evidence.
No evidence, no credibility, no case.

For me, I just don’t want to (or can’t) believe the Ramseys did that to their own child. It’s just unfathomable- I know it happens, but my brain just can’t wrap my head around it. So, until the question can be answered as to who the unknown male’s DNA is on the crotch of JBRs panties, my mind cannot go full-on into the RDI club.

I want to know who Santa Bill’s special guest was going to be at the annual party (because he/she didn’t show up).

Who else did Michael Helgoth hang out with around town… any males in their teens/twenties? (Per Douglases profiling- which I know controversial to some).

Was every employee that John worked with and their teenage/20 yo sons looked into?

If an offense like this has never happened again, then does that mean that the offender is likely dead? Or also, they no longer have the motivation to kill because they don’t have anymore siblings? But, who in their right f-ing mind would cover up for a son that murdered their prized child?

Were John and Patsy swingers? Were the higher ups at Lockhead Martin into some Jeffery Epstein *advertiser censored*? What exactly was JRs role at Lockheed Martin? Who could he have scorned/embarassed/humiliated to have wanted to seek retribution?

So many questions.
People are so different. I can and do 100% believe RDI. It’s totally easy for me. I thought it likely when I first heard about the murder in the news, then after reading more, became certain.

This reminds me of when OJ was first accused of murdering Nicole. It was the topic of conversation everywhere by everyone for a while. My manager at work was really shocked that he would be accused and didn’t believe he did it at all. I, on the other hand, thought guilty 1,000%. People are different!

With all due respect, it does not yet appear definitively known that it was a ‘man’, or solely a man, through which JBR apparently ‘paid the ultimate price for trusting’. MOO

A couple of things that truly astound me in this case, amomg many, are:

What on earth? JR was apparently “missing” for an hour on the morning-of? How was even letting either of the Ramsey’s out of sight permissible? Perhaps at the very, very first, but then, I’d think, as LE got control of the investigation, everyone would be accounted for. LE can’t automatically assume that every parent is telling the truth and there are no ulterior motives. Perhaps this was simply incompetence, or perhaps it’s more related to the problem that as I see as infecting this case from very early on: Hands-off, assumption of innocence, simply because the Ramsey’s are who they are. If this happened in someone else’s house, I do believe the whole case might have been handled differently.

Secondly, JR found JBR and brought her upstairs himself (again, as mentioned earlier on here) in spite of having been instructed not to touch anything. I just can’t imagine any situation where a parent finds their daughter either brutally murdered or unresponsive, done at the hands of a criminal, and doesn’t yell out. I found her! My God! She’s here! Help! Something. It sounds to me that he fairly calmly walked up the stairs with her. I find that very strange.
