Could these be in other home? Maybe cleaned up for CPS visit.
Ita !
And, according to the link --AJ was punished for not washing and drying the dishes the "right way."
A 5 year old.
Any excuse for those incompetent fools to abuse AJ.
Sadly, the same abuse is going on right now, in homes across the nation.
I’ve wondered if case workers should be assigned out of their home county? Idk if the worker on AJ’s case was local or not. But where I live, a case worker often lives near, attends church, picnics, ball games with the family she’s investigating. Or, knows someone that knows the investigated party. Favors & intimidation come into play, not helping the original situation.
I do, too. No way did he actually work at an office several hours away. I think he used the Riverside address on legal documents.I believe his office is in that the house.

years ago, one had to be financially qualified to be a foster parent. iow, they could afford to do it without need for a stipend. They dropped that requirement and now anybody can do it. Too many people do it for the money and are horrible to the children. Our system is truly broken.Thanks. I’ve found it both ways. The requirements are such anyone can be a foster parent. Idk where y’all live but in my town, there’s a sign on every corner, with an 800#, urging people to call & get started in the process.
It is very common for down on their luck people to foster, some briefly, in between jobs. It is what it is.
There’s a huge demand to find placement for the kids. Many of the kids have problems a foster family can’t adequately handle, some foster for the paycheck, some for the right reasons. Moo
I actually wish they could. It will give me great satisfaction to know they are aware of the huge public outcry and horror at what they have done.I hope neither gets to watch the funeral from jailhouse TV.

I can't even imagine the horror that poor AJ lived with daily. It is so terrible; I can't even wrap my head around it. Feeling very, very sad.I feel sick reading that.
How in the G-D He** did any DCFS employee think this house was acceptable??? I am fuming!!!SEE INSIDE AJ FREUND'S HOME: We're getting our first look inside the home where 5-year-old AJ Freund lived.

Freund used his Dole street address for his office.
I was just told that.
As, he stated in the I interview there are only 14 Dr.s specially trained to identify abuse in Illinois, 350 in the county.
Physicians, especially those entering the field in the last 20 years are very concerned about liability. Medical malpractice insurance is a huge cost for physicians and you can't practice without. In the 90s, WVA Dr's stopped excepting Medicaid for pregnant moms due to MMPI. The cost was astronomical and some companies dropped coverage, in WVA entirely.
The law needs to change, to provide protection for physicians, if we want the new generation of DRs to speak up.
He also referenced a Judges comments in a Chicago newspaper, stated they had to have extensive proof.
We are over burdening the legal system, with stiff laws to protect parents.
