So do they have evidence of her taking off? Getting into another vehicle? Talking to someone?

I wonder if she had car trouble, called someone to come get her but is not financially able to retrieve her car.

Rockford Scanner™: State Police Asking For The Public To Help Locate A Missing Woman
  • Field is described as 5’ 0” and approximately 100 pounds.
  • May 29 - Vehicle abandoned
  • May 30 - Rest area surveillance video shows BF leaving her vehicle
  • June 13 - LE responded to the abandoned vehicle
This information is so vague.

Did a family member report her missing, or did the police after seeing her vehicle abandoned?

They don't say why they believe no foul play was involved, but give no hints as to whether or not she was seen on the video or by other folks at the rest area talking to someone, getting into another vehicle, going for a walk.

I just don't understand why they are vague with details in cases like this.

For all they (and we) know, she could have been running away from something- a bad home situation, or she could have a mental illness, could be suicidal. Yet, there isn't much urgency in what they put out for information?

Yes, this is really a strange one. I wondered if she ran out of gas or had car trouble, but to leave it there this long? Nah, that can't be it.

If she was running away from something, it seems like the last thing she'd do is abandon her transportation but I guess she could have gotten a ride from there with someone else. I can't see her walking anywhere from there; the rest area is in the middle of nowhere... Google Maps

Very strange. MOO

I know. We have no idea why she is missing. Very puzzling.

We could assume self harm, but it's too early and not enough details to come to that conclusion, either.

Looking at that page, it seems like strangers are concerned, but not family?

Is she married, does she have kids? Anyone at all that cares about this lady or misses her?

Geeze, there is nothing available about Beatrice online. I am sure all of you have checked as well. No FB, nothing. Just a couple of news articles already posted and a scanner page.

Do they have the right lady's name?
