Circumstances of Recovery: On 22 August 2023 at 1030 hours, Chicago Police Department telephoned the Forensic Institute regarding the death of an UNKNOWN person. The location of the discovery was in the 11000 block of Stony Island Avenue, Chicago, Illinois at Big Marsh Park. The decedent was face down in water that was only a few inches deep, approximately twenty-five feet from the edge of the paved roadway.
Clothing: Brown long sleeve shirt, a lime green vest with “Christy Webber Landscapes”, a black jacket, a black shirt, a pair of tan shorts, a pair of tan underwear, a pair of red shoes, and a pair of tan socks.
Footwear: Red Reebok athletic shoes
