I’m gonna get back in there when I can and see if there is a way to embed the vids here. I know how - I just gotta find the right screen to give the option.

Gah. This breaks my heart. I’m not an attorney so I could be completely wrong but I have a hard time believing there will be a conviction. I don’t know how anyone could prove intent with a 9 year old. We know so much about adolescent brain development and there is so much research that will tell you at 9, a child doesn’t understand and doesn’t set a fire with the intent to kill someone at least in the eyes of the justice system.

What I cannot wrap my brain around is the expected outcomes. Even if found guilty of murder, he will be put on probation. He won’t be detained, won’t be arrested, he will be PUT.ON.PROBATION. And likely be given therapy. Why don’t we skip the bench trial and probation and give him therapy.

Full disclosure, I work in the Juvenile Justice and Child Welfare System so my feelings for this are STRONG.

I’m eagerly awaiting the outcome of this...

This little kid has some deep internal struggle going on. He’s thought carefully about posting these two videos.
Truly breaks my heart. He needed someone to hear him. Pre-planning in process?
I don't think so... he didn't post those videos, he added them to a playlist. The title of the playlist is Rosieposey, one of the babies that died in the fire was Rose, a cousin. I think this shows a kid grieving.

That looks like he is trying to get him to hit him or snap. We saw him hit a baby for no reason. He or someone wanted it filmed.

Frankly the dad was vastly more patient and playful here with this kid who is antagonizing him then he was to his tiny baby. He was humoring him.

Why would they allow him to post this kind of stuff?

DCF? The recent article claimed child was send to live with some relative, not foster care? So he is not with the relative, or is relative providing this foster care? And she didn't work per the articles, just staying home with the children.

DCF or DHS or whatever the state calls it will try to place kids with family when they investigate abuse. If they can find a member of a family that is capable of caring for the child and following any rules DCF gives them they prefer that.

Someone on this video has either a black eye or a bruise on their face. Not sure if I can clearly say who it is because of WS's rules, but watch the video and you can see it.

She looks related to him. Not sure who she is.

Mom trying to build a case. IDK.

This video has me cringing. You don't flip off a tiny trampoline. He is lucky he didn't break his neck. I couldn't finish watching it. The house looked messed up compared to other videos. Was the mom saying she snorted blood and needed water?

What I still am trying to understand is the date the April posts were downloaded. This was days after the fire. Who posted them? Kyle? How? His phone surely was destroyed in the fire. He was taken into custody immediately following fire. Right? Any other family member have a copy off these vids stored? I think all vids before April were K’s downloads. After the fire? Questionable. I haven’t yet checked when Rosie links were posted. Important, maybe? April vids show happy family. I think? Purposely? I’ll need to review.

Oh gosh. The video from January 29 2019. Wth.

The language. The attitude. The mess. Lord.
LBM

Agreed. ...and that video --- did JW just take off his toddler's diaper and fling it across the room ?
And left it there to rot and smell ?
Didn't care enough to dispose of it properly ?
Smdh.

Probably a cousin. They do look alike.

The April videos show alot of interesting stuff. Kyle doesn't seem to have any burns or injuries, mom doesn't have a scratch either. He wasn't taken into custody right away, I don't think. They (Kyle and mom) were taken to the hospital but, if they had no injuries, there was no point in keeping them. In some articles, it was mentioned that Kyle ran to a family member's home (grandparents, maybe? I don't remember who it was exactly) closeby. I am assuming that these videos were filmed there, at the family member's home, you can see the burned home from where they're standing.

His mom is high on pills or heroin. That's only my opinion but I've seen a lot of people high.

Isn't there a chance that some of it was misdiagnosed? ADHD maybe, the other ones seem possibly premature.
There is Childhood Schizophrenia....children as young as 3 have been diagnosed, however that is rare. The usual ages range from 7-13.

{removed quoted post}

Looks drugged up and staring into space in the 10-22-2018 video.
Sits on that couch looking glassy-eyed while the baby cries.
Unfathomable.
I am seriously doubting this boy did anything other than to run to the grandparent's house when his mom told him to.
If that's how it happened, I think more investigation is needed.
