medical examiner will be able to determine time of death - so if it was AFTER Balfour was in custody - they have someone else to find!!! If not - I hope this guy ROTS (from the inside out).

I am seeing the same thing no one can seem to agree on when the vehicle appeared on the street. It was directly in front of someone's home. I know that I would notice A vehicle parked right in my front window to be able to state how long it had been there. If Balfour was in custody either he really didn't do it or he had help. Even though he had the motive I suppose it could have been completly unrelated?? With so many different stories this is hard to piece together!

unfortunately no matter what the details this is such a horrible situation. I have a 9 year old daughter and my heart is just broken today. I honestly thought he would be ok...so sad...

FOX just reported the SUV was found 13 miles away from original crime scene

CNN just reported that FBI have confirmed it is him, this is sad. My prayers are with the Hudson family.

This is one of the saddest and most dreaded news stories... :( I am saddened and shocked that he was not found alive! :sick:

Me too, I just didn't think he would kill the boy. Concern did set in when he wasn't found wondering through the streets Friday night or Sat morning.

just cant imagine a world with people who are capable of harming a child. If i yell at my kids I cry more than they do....unreal....

my friends sister was muredered in Canada this year. I can imagine the grief as i have had to deal with it first hand...

I agree, lots of conflicting reports, car found 2 miles from where Balfour was picked up. Someone else must have been involved ,if it was not noticed until sat-mon, he was already in jail. This is just heartbreaking.

This is so sad, my heart is breaking...why someone would do this to anyone let alone an innocent child. I am really feeling ill over this one...

i read this morning they found shell casing in the young boys bedroom. I am worried he may have been shot and then removed fron the home.....

will try to find the link with info.

The only reason I can think of for removing Julian's body if he had already been shot would be to further torture poor Julia, I hope this 🤬🤬🤬 gets what's coming to him!
