He looked so happy in that pic with his B day cake I am tearing up at work right now.

The article says they are testing Balfour's clothing for gunshot residue? I would think he would have changed his clothing before he was found? Isn't there a test where you can text the skin to see if someone has fired a gun residue on the hands or something? I don't know much about it sorry if I make no sense!

Unfortunately it appears that this is more than likely her nephew they have found dead in the SUV - so sad - Jennifer will never be the same after all of this - sending prayers up to all of the family.

I agree AH. Jennifer is recently engaged and this is supposed to be the happiest times of her life. Instead she has to deal with this. IIRC, she had to identify them. These deaths are senseless!

I was on Jennifer's MySpace page this morning and she has so many pics up of her family and you can tell how much she loved her Mom, Jason and Julian. May they RIP! :rose:

I would not be surprised to find out that more than one person is involved. With so many conflicting reports, one has to wonder if someone is trying to confuse the police.

I get the impression that with all the talk about the vehicle not being there till Sunday that maybe someone else may have dumped the SUV to make it look like the estranged husband was not guilty...

I wonder if Balfour possibly had someone else involved in the crime with him and he left Julian with that accomplice with the agreement that when the heat was off him he would come back and take Julian. When Balfour went back to prison the accomplice may have seen the boy as too much of a liability at that point and since Balfour was in prison he could not come take the boy?

Mourners have showed an outpouring of emotion outside the family house, where the red Toyota that Jennifer Hudson bought for her mother sits with a birthday card for the missing Julian in the backseat.

Someone speculated that it was the motive - he swore revenge apparently when he posted a comment either on Julia's myspace or another friend. The comment posted was shown on TMZ.com.

All over a place to live & an SUV. Well we all know where his eternity will be spent. :furious:

I scrolled through all the comments on Julia's and Balfour's myspaces. Her first comment is from Jan. 1, 2008: "im so glad u deleted them comments!love CLINT " Maybe Balfour made threatening comments that she deleted. She had a myspace before Jan 08 because she posted a few loving comments on Balfour's until July 2007.

It has been said that Julia's mother wanted him to move out of the house last winter which would fit the myspace timeline of deleting comments before Jan.
