CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Chicago Police are investigating a shocking case of child endangerment captured on video.

It appears to show a young child in a diaper sitting on a chair while smoking a marijuana blunt as an adult off camera coaches him.

WTF is wrong with people.

Sometimes my faith in humanity is so severely challenged and this is just another example in a very long list of many is why. The many ways that people will abuse children truly defies the imagination these days.
